I would like to know why it is so difficult to speak to someone in store by phone. I bought an electric saw from the branch in Swinton. When I opened it, there was not packaging inside. It had clearly been used looking at the blade. I do not want to do a 30 + mile round trip as I know that I bought the last one that had. Spoke to customer service. She was a waste of time and can not get in touch with any local ones.
Very Very poor experience trying to return a faulty suitcase purchased earlier this year to Peterborough (Ortongate). I have receipt but according to the very rude Supervisor and Assistant manager B&M policy is only to sort it out within 30 days of purchase. This I pointed out was in contravention of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as they have a duty to rectify the situation. We were spoken to as if we were idiots and he just kept parroting it was company policy and they couldn’t do anything – was patronising and extremely rude. Furthermore we had already contacted the manufacturer who had told us to return to store as it was there responsibility for 12 months. I will not be shopping at B&M anytime soon as customer service is ZERO!
I ordered two identical items, was given two tracking numbers, one arrived, one didn’t. Xdp says consignment number not recognised. customers services for B&M don’t answer even at 9 o’clock in the morning. Online chat is all automated answers, and customer services don’t respond to emails. Now tell me what I do now. I ordered two of the same for a reason. Can I take the one I have received back to a shop to get a full refund for both as I haven’t received the full order
Morning, I would like to complain about a fan which I purchased 6/7/2022. I tried to fix it and the middle of the fan wouldn’t close. I tried to return it at South Ruislip branch. The shop assistant was so rude to me and the manager refused to come down and help. Although I didn’t have a receipt, I did have my bank statement, but they completely refused to look at it. When you ring customer service , your on the phone for hours and no one picks up. This is so disgusting.
I just want to say how friendly helpful and knowledgeable all the staff are at Kingston Park Newcastle store, lately I have purchased large items and Warehouse staff were amazing. One member of staff stands out for her pleasant helpful and friendly attitude Ms Benett.
