I need help. My Bidefender Total Security for which the subscription was renewed recently is not functioning well. The quick scan scheduled for 9.30 am usually pops up at the right time and signals when it is done. It is not doing that and it doesn’t seem to run at all some days.
It takes a long time to open when I click on the icon on the task bar. I think it needs attention.
Hello. Last night (June 27/2019) I purchased Bitdefender Total Security 2019 for the special offer of CAD$19.99. I also purchased Install and Support assistance for CAD$29.99. Later in the evening I received a “Complete your order and save 78%….” email but it did not instruct me on “how” to complete my order. Would you please notify me regarding how I can complete my order? The order originated as the result of a special offer emailed to me from Bitdefender. I have been trying to install bitdefender andit says my email address is already used but I know it’s probably because I have tried to install bitdefender before without any luck – help, help. So with that I can’t get any further than the notice that my email address is already used??

I’m already a customer but I’ve had to acquire a new hard drive for my computer so I lost my bitdefender protection. I’ve tried to download it again however its come up with a message saying the download failed. I’ve tried to download it from the site, this has failed as well. HELP thank-you.

somehow I lost the Bitdefender symbol on my startup screen by pressing power off. I purchased bitdefender virus protection from Best Buy on Jan 31 2017 for 2 years which will expire on Jan 31 2019 so I am still protected I paid Geek Squad Membership with virus protection total cost $406.79
I would appreciate very much if you would install Bitdefender virus protection back on my laptop since i paid till Jan 31 2019 I will be purchasing same plan at Best Buy when expires Thank You Look forward for reply

I am extremely annoyed by Bitdefender program interference any time if I only touch the mouse, not Bitdefender any more. Yes, I need protection but don’t want to spend hours to study your program to work for me, it is extremely frustrating, to get ride this annoying intrusion of your page. Can not you do it without me seeing always your face? I expect that antivirus program to be user friendly and be on the shadow not in front page of screen. I don’t NEED YOUR CONSTANT PROMOTION, NEVER BITDEFENDER!
