Yet another secret for their compelling competitive advantage is their after-purchase servicing. Moreover, they also offer tutorials for those unfamiliar with the functioning of their interface.

So frustrated. Home phone not working. Found Bell Aliant website with number to call. Spent 55 min + with no person to speak to. Go back to Bell Aliant website, try chat. Only good for ON and QC. Received a different number for Bell Aliant. Called and get a message that phone service is disrupted in my area. Feeling very let down by the run around.
This is my 3rd week attempting to reach someone at Bell Aliant willing to help resolve my phone/voicemail issue. I have tried using telephone support service, online services and at one point finally managed to reach a Bell Canada person in Quebec – but unfortunately they don’t service Bell Aliant. In spite of her sending a note to Bell Aliant I still have not heard a word. Bell Aliant seems incapable or unwilling to meet their own service standards.
Maybe Bell Aliant can’t get their own phones to work??
If I delayed payment of my phone account I can assume they would be much more active in levying interest charges on a service I am not being provided with.. I think it is time for me to bite the bullet and to start shopping for an alternate service provider.
I am very disappointed with our “high speed “
Internet been a customer for 2 months and we are totally disappointed with the speed of the internet
Download 1.5 1.7. That sucks. What is stated in our contract. ???
Please give the customer what we pay for or ?
Give us money back
You take government money to improve our service
I feel your just greedy.
Bell is a profit driven business just give us what we pay for
Explore net and any other companies will be getting any future business I may need
Best regards
