Firstly.. I always buy barbour for their quality. But this time I am really quite disappointed. I pay a lot of money for what I thought was a well made good quality boot. Whilst taking them off and holding the heal, slipping my foot out of the boot. The rubber heal came away real easily. I was actually quite surprised how easily it did!! I’d attach a photo if I could..
I love the perfume Barbour for both men and women, but recently while buying these products for Christmas presents, I was informed that you would be phasing it out of production. I am very disappointed at the thoughts of not being able to continue to buy this wonderful fragrance.
Hi, I purchased one of your canvass bags for 70 pounds a couple of days ago. It’s a very nice piece of kit, except, when I got it home and took it out of the wrapping i noticed it had no protective studs on the bottom. It was supplied flat in plastic wrap so I hadn’t This means you can’t put it down anywhere that is damp or wet e.g. to use the cashline or our the bag down to place messages in anywhere outside. This considerably restricts the Products usefulness for
a significant portion of the year. I live in Scotland. Barbour has made its reputation based on it’s products coping with our “fantastic” UK weather, why not this one? The lack of protection is in a design fault and significantly reduces the usefulness of the bag in my opinion. I subsequently trailed the bag around several cobblers in Stirling and none of them were able to attach studs or glue on a protective base. Are you able to help? I am otherwise delighted with the product and would otherwise be using it on a daily basis until I can upgrade to your beautiful leather bag which has studs but at four and a half times the price.
