Pls note today was my 3rd visit to get my deposit of RO 300/- refunded. My first visit was on a weekend and then i was informed i need to come on a weekday. The second visit was yesterday on a weekday and then i was required to come between 10 am to 4 pm as i had come by 5 pm and refund is not possible after 4 pm. Today was my third visit and then they took down my information and informed that i will be informed once approval is obtain for the refund as it is very old. Just to let you know i handed over the original receipt of the deposit that was issued in Year 2000. Now i will need to go again during office hours once i receive a call from the Avenues mall to come and collect the deposit of RO 300/-
I have requested if i could come after 4 pm for which it was mentioned that any refund can take place before 4 pm. I am sure Omantel should make arrangements if the office is open after 4 pm that refunds can be made after 4 pm. I hope Omantel takes step to be more customer oriented by being flexible so that it will become convenient for customer.
