Port on charger broke. Battery died. Replaced battery, that took a week to ship but phone still won’t charge. Assurance wants $40 to replace phone! Also claim that they don’t email confirmation messages to customers, of which they used to do, & frequently! I cry BS on these agents now!! Poor quality when it comes to service. I’ve been a faithful client several years. I feel we are all being scammed on their ACP service.
I trip over the cord that was charging my phone, the tip of the charger got bent. I can not use the phone any more I can not charge it anyways. I call customer service they said my phone was out of warranty and I had to pay for another phone. I told him I just got the phone April 2022 he curse me out, I curse him out back and call back another man answer I told him what happen he told me to hold on he never came back to the phone.
I have been a loyal customer with Assurance Wireless for almost 3 years. I usually don’t complain but, now I’m done! I received a new phone in May 2022 and on June 28, 2022 it stopped working! I called Assurance Wireless and the representative said; no problem! I will ship you out another phone right away! Just send the defective one back when your new phone arrives! Ok, great! I called today 7/5/2022 and the representative said first I would have to send back my defective phone and then they would send me a new phone! I’m so done with this phone service! Please avoid them! QLink is better! They give you a new phone, Android tablet, unlimited data, minutes and more! Assurance Wireless lies to they’re customers!
I have only had my phone for about 5 months. Now it is saying emergency calls only!! I cannot contact anyone .
My phone recently stopped working so i emailed assurance wireless about this. First i was told i would have to pay $5 for a replacement phone, then i was told it was $25 and yesterday i receive an e-mail saying I’m not eligible for any replacement phone untill September but i am more than welcome to buy a phone on their website. I have absolutely no idea what to do because i cannot afford that and i will lose my service completely on August 11th. You would think they would have some kind of heart considering, because of this deadly virus, a phone is the only for me to communicate with my little brother who is in the military stationed all the way in Hawaii and there Isn’t anything they’re going to do to make it a little easier for me. It’s really disheartening.
