I am having a new problem that I never had before with 360. When I run the scan after 2 or 3 minutes my entire computer freezes and nothing works. I force a shut down on my computer and restart. Everything works except for when I try to scan with 360. How do I fix this. Kathy
I am absolutely furious that not only will the package I paid $2500 for run a full scan now, there is no avenue for accessing customer service. This is probably the worst transaction I have made and I think that the whole world should know that for all the sales hype, trying to get customer service is totally unreasonably difficult.

I purchased 360 Total Security lifetime security for 10 devices thru Microsoft on 6/24/17 for $873. Now when it scans, it asks if I want to upgrade. The $873 that I paid should be upgrade enough. Please let me know if I have the correct package installed.
I trust you all the way because it works great for my other phone I would love to use it for this one but it doesn’t respond or freezes once the purple page shows up. I’m holding on to it till it’s fixed
