    We have purchased KENSTAR GAS GYSER COMFORT 8/12/2019 in District Meerut Bill no : RC370 purchase address : showroom JAI Plaza 182 Abulane 09AGDPM2421L1ZE

    This product is not work 8/12/2019 so we have register the complaint in customer care 11/12/2019 then kenstar enginner visit and saying this product pcb default and back to home and close my complaint without solution .
    we have again register the complaint GHA161212190054 but till now no solution and gyser is not working

    So don’t buy the Ken star product .It’s wastage of money . Services is very poor .

    This is to inform you that on dated 04/10/2019 i have purchased Kenstar Comfort Steem Iron from HD Electro Traders Baddi against invoice no HD/361/2019-20 . I am very much disappointed with Kenstar quality, your product is not working properly. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and refund me my money back.
    Kindly treat this urgent & do needful on priority basis otherwise i have left no other alternative but to file complaint in consumer forum.

I purchased Kenstar Hot Spring KGS25W5M-GDE 25-Litre 2000 Watt Storage Water Heater on Oct’17 through Amazon and we are facing leakage issue but not able to find proper service centre in my area and even your website showing the numbers which all are wrong. Can you people help us to solve the issue.

  4. I bought a anew Kenstar Food Processor in October 2015, from Adishwar, Bommanahalli, Bangalore. Even though we insisted in giving us the latest product, we were given a 2014 stock. The guy who came for installation & demo, was not co-operative. Before starting the demo, he found the something wrong with the product, he had open up the wiring before getting it to run. He didn’t give us a demo of all the blades & several parts on how they should be used. Since the time we started using it, its not been working properly. We are unable to use all of the parts as described in the manual, & and even the basic grinding blades in the jar do not grind properly. We called for another demo, but Kenstar said we were eligible for only one free demo, which we had already claimed. Within a span of 8 months, we have already called for service 3 times, the final one where we had told about all our grievances & asked for a replacement (in May 2016). The company has not yet responded so far.

I have a kenstar mixer grinder within two months of purchase jar cover broken,jars started rusting.in six months time it burned off .but I had one old kenstar that I used for nine years without any problem.it fell down and broken I was complelled to replace.now spare parts not available. Trying to contact customer care no go. no number no answer. poor product, poor customer care. tried using online way to customer care, but after feeling all the details it says not able to register the complaint. Is there anything that works in this company.

  6. I had purchased Kenstar Karishma food processor 2 years back. Food processor part stopped working for quite some time. Thought of using mixer part. Mixer jar too developed problem. I took dealer number from Customer care. Wilson Garden and Banashankari dealers do not have any spares. Company is not helping to solve problem. Keep away from Kenstar to avoid later headache.

    I am HUGELY disappointed with your 6ltr Geyser I brought from Krishna Home appliances, Capital towers< wakad, (serial no A609147405007-00202. I bought this on March 6th, 2015. Barely 10 days, it had started leaking heavily and your support was pathetic. After much deliberation, one guy came and replaced the tank in it. It worked for few more days and has started leaking heavily again! My complaint# PUN2806150031 again has fallen on deaf ears and somebody abrutly closed it without resolution. However, I reopend it and no one has come back to fix the issue. I am tired now, Kindly replace my faulty geyser with new one, since you are saying tank available!.. I have spent close 5000/- rs, and I am now forced to take bath in cold water in this cold rainy season- just imagine kids in the family. I expect a call back and explanation and resolution to this issue asap.. Your phone line, local service center, email help line.. all have failed! This is my last attempt to reach you in formal way!

    This is in regard to the Kenstar Dry Iron sr,no.- 17091104040013038l7 which I purchased on 10.10.2013 from Unistar Marketing, Rattan Jyoti building, Rajendra place, New delhi. My iron is not working. After our complaint, one person from Dial for cool authorised service centre came and took my iron for repairing. But after so many reminders and follow ups everybody said that part is not available and when it arrives they will repair your iron.

    When we told them for replacement or return back my iron without repairing, they returned my iron without repairing in a very bad condition. I have given several requests and reminders for replacement or repairing to the both of your Authorised Service Agent/Dealer in Noida ( mb.no.-7840015334 and area incharge no. 8130898904) and to your Customer service number 18004194040, Complaint no is GHA 2305140077 but the issue is still unresolved.

    Request you to please ensure that this issue is resolved immediately on urgent basis and replace the iron. Your early action on the matter is highly appreciable. Please revert and confirm.

  9. I have a Kenstar 15 Lts Water Heater. It’s 1 year 3 Month Old. There is sudden leakage of water from it since last month.
    I contacted the service center the very first day and filed the complaint. First horrifying thing is that my geyser has a 2 year warranty (as printed on warranty card and manual) but the executive told that it has only 1 year warranty,
    secondly, its almost a month now, and till now no one turned up from service center for repair.
    All of their branch office and regional office contact numbers are not working.
    In this one month I have called about 10 times to service center but every time they say that they have forwarded my complaint and person will come soon to repair.

    Highly dissatisfied with the service and the product.

  10. I have a kenstar mixer grinder which is not even 2 months old have had to be fixed 3 times from the guy we brought. Trying to contact customer care no go. no number no answer. poor product, poor customer care. tried using online way to customer care, but after feeling all the details it says not able to register the complaint. Is there anything that works in this company. I doubt. Hoping to get my product fixed. If any one at Kenstar wants to fix my problem can call me or any ways you guys are worthless. The next step will be doing a complaint in consumer court. The choice is yours.

      I’m facing the same issue. It’s been 11 days since I lodged a complaint with them. First they said they will take 48-hrs to get back to us. After 48-hrs they said the timeline is 72-hrs and it’s been more than 4 days after that 72-hrs got over but neither are they responding to my calls nor returning my calls. Did they fix your problem?

  12. I have purchased Kenstar Vibrant cooler last month and its broken, raised compliant BAN1904130279 on Apr 19th 2013 and it was closed without service/visit on Apr 24th. Called service center and re-opned complaint and it was again closed on May 3rd; every time I call service center they keep us on hold for more than 15 minutes and most of the time there no response. This is really bad bad service and bad product. I will never suggest any product of kenstar to anyone. After all options I am using this forum , hoping my complaint will be addressed. Thank you.

    I purchased kenstar induction 3 months ago but the make is of very poor plastic..its damaged from the heat of utensils and the power button is not working. I have purchased it from indiatimes shopping. Now since 1 month am trying to contact with customer care but my problem is not resolved. Very unhappy customer.

    I bought a 25L KENSTAR Geyser Model No. KGS25W6P, S.No. 250811740512-00826 in December 2011. I am totally dissatisfied and really very upset with its performance. The Geyser is just one year old, but it looks like a ten year old geyser. In the past one year, we have had it repaired four times, which included replacement of its heating element and water tank. And everytime it took almost a month to get it rectified, but everytime in vain. It has never been in order for more than two months at a stretch. The geyser has two years warranty but that does not mean we should keep on repairing it twenty times in a year. In Delhi, we do not use a geyser for most part of the year, but unfortunately, with Kenstar Geyser, we have not been able to do so even in winters. We bought the geyser for almost Rs. 8000, but I seriously doubt the quality of the product and will definitely will be deterred from buying any kenstar products in future.
    It is requested that the customer care department of KENSTAR takes this issue into serious consideration and resolve it at the earliest. And if the geyser is beyond successful repair, I request you to replace the geyser or at least return 75% of its cost. Your early action on the matter is highly appreciable. Please revert and confirm.

  16. I have bought a ken star mixer grinder just 3 months back. Now it has stopped working , even after complaining the call center they are not bothered. I previously was using Philips mixer which had no problems for last 6 years. I will not buy ken star mixer again and if I buy also it will be worst experience.

    I have purchased a Kenstar geyser in Nov 2011 which is now leaking. Service Engg
    William Logo has already verified and confirmed. I hv been chasing kenstar servicing team to replace it under warranty. Ticket already created – 09071 20123 still nothing has been and ticket
    is getting closed everyday which I am re-opening by sending sms.

    Pathetic and careless service from Kenstar. Who will do and when.?

      This is weird and pathetic, such a low level service, you are not able to commit anydate after 40 days. Such a pathetic brand you have.

      Answer my below questions :

      1) Do let me know, what is the issue,? Why will you not be able to
      fix it.? What all are not available.?
      2) Are you not selling your products.? If yes, then replace it with a new one.?
      3) What does your SLA say.? How many days you take to replace warranty parts.?
      4) You have delayed 50-60 days (around) to replace my geyser parts.
      Note the warranty limit is one year ( I guess), now are you ok to give
      me extended warranty support for 50-60 days.? I need a written
      document from your side.

        Note, for last 40 days plus, I am fighting with you guys to replace my warranty parts, i logged my fist complain on 23-Jun-2012 and the complain number was – BAN 23061 20273.

        Kenstar is a pathetic brand with no service support. I will be lodging a complain soon in consumer court.

    I want to register my complain regarding kenstar water purifier purchased from Vijayraj electronics, vadodara. After its servicing the water coming from the purifier is of a bad odour which seems to be affecting the family health. so kindly request to send any person from your company to check and resolve the water quality issue.Kindly provide the contact no of the person.Waiting for reply.

  21. I recently purchased fully automatic machine (Model-LF-0210). From last few days i observed that there is leakage from bottom while filling & draining water. So i had registered complaint on Sunday to your customer care (Complaint no-THA2705120086). Yesterday your service engineer Mr. Sajit( Mobile no-9028508578) visited & after looking the machine he told me that it will not be repairable as parts are not available.
    My question is why parts are not available with a reputed company such as yours?

  22. I bought a Videocon AC in July 2011 but after first day it started giving problems. I called the help centre and they sent an engineer but the problem has not been resolved. Will not purchase any more Videocon products.

  25. If I had known that you are tied up with Videocon, would have never bought it.
    Incident: I purchased Kenstar Air cooler from Pai International (Indiranagar, Bangalore) on 24-Mar-12, Not even a month completed I am getting problems like “Swing” option is not working (coolr gets off when selected). Hence called the helpline and complained it (BAN0604120010) on 06-Apr-2012 around 9.30am. I was promised that within 24 hrs engineer will come to service the same. I received a message too with the engineer details. I waited till saturday noon, when nobody called me. I proactively called the engineer (Gangadhar) asking when he will drop in for the service and he told me that he will come at 6 pm. Again I called at 6.15pm to check if he is coming, but he says that it will take 1.5 hours. I clearly told him that I will not be available in weekdays and requested him to come today itself or on Sunday. He agreed. Now I receive a message that the complaint no is cancelled. I called the helpline again to check why my complaint is cancelled, they said that engineer tried calling me but I did not response (fact: nobody called me). I was calling the engineering proactively to check when he will drop in to service. When I called again said he will come on monday. When you say within 24 hours it has to be the same. When you can’t give the service, please don’t sell the product too.

    I had the same experience with Videocon (refrigerator) as well. When I saw the booklet details I found you are tied up with Videocon. No wonder the service will remain same. I would request you to at least return 75% of the amount and take away your product.

    i had replaced my Sumeet mixer which was 12 yr old with Kenstar foodprocessor on 17 Dec 2011(one of the worst decision of my life). The experience of both the product and service is extremely bad. the product has developed cracks on the body in the first month itself and the part near the lock is already broken. i had filed 3 complaints which have not been attended for the past 3 months. The first three were closed without even the service engineer coming to my house to check it. the third he returned without doing anything indicating that he would need to check with the company for a replacement. i doubt the quality of the product which develops cracks within 2 months.I am a totally dissatisfied customer .

  27. stay away from KENSTAR, faulty and low grade product. I had got a karishma classic food processor which stopped working in the very first week and till date (its been 4 months) the technician has not showed up.

    • Same is the problem with me as well. My food processor is not working from the very first time itself. After making umpteen number of calls to customer care, they don’t even respond.

    • I have purchased a Kenstar washing machine in 2005 and now its dryer(spinner) is not working. I am from Kanpur and need the Kanpur service centre’s number.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    This is in regard to the Kenstar Mixer Grinder, Serial Number 1204110504002-00401, Model KEN MG PRINCE DX-KMP which i purchased on 25th Dec’2011 from Reliancedigital Retail Outlet, Empress City Mall. There is a crack in the steel of the Chutney Jar due to defective steel/faulty material. I have given several requests and reminders for replacement of jar to the both of your Authorised Service Agent/Dealer in Nagpur and to your Customer service number 18004194040, Complaint no is NAG2102120021 and NAG1102120184 but the issue is still unresolved. Your executive at Authorised Service centre told that he will replace the Jar in 5 to 6 working days but whenever i ask they says that they have not yet received the jar from the company and will replace it once they will receive from company. Both are giving false promises and the solution for the issue is already overdelayed. Kenstar Service Department has developed a unique module of service that enables consumer attendance in less than 24 hours than why the issue is pending for long time.

    Request you to please ensure that this issue is resolved immediately on urgent basis and replace the jar. Your early action on the matter is highly appreciable. Please revert and confirm.
