Matrix network apparently covers about five continents and its features include high speed internet, mobile banking, 2G services and international roaming. Some of the value added services include calling line identification, call forwarding, call barring, call hold, roaming, voice mailbox, SMS/MMS, social networking, mobile chatting/blogging and more.
Please kindly reply my message. There is a new modus of delete or cancel membership of indosat customers by sms and ask to type in the password you’ve given. Is that the correct Indosat procedures or just a deception to deceive Indosat customers? Please reply, because we want to know the truth.
Your service is extremely poor. Half the time we get no signal. I live in Pasir Putih Ancol. And the service here is terrible. I have lodged a complaint many times but haven’t seen results till date. My whole family is Indosat users four of us except for my daughter who has Telkomsel. And she is very satisfied. She always has signal wherever she goes!! My son is changing to Telkomsel this month. If you seriously don’t do anything. You will lose your customers. You seriously have a problem! Many of my friends and relatives are also complaining! And your customer service sucks too! Thank you. I would appreciate an answer from you.
Kindly provide me with the contact no. or email address of the SUPERVISOR of INDOSAT CUSTOMER CARE. I have to lodge a serious complaint regarding my INDOSAT mobile connection. I want to mention that it was clearly denied by the representative at indosat gallery to give me the contact details of their top boss to lodge my complaint.

I have recharged 100000 pulsa on 11thJuly for internet for 30days But while using internet it was deducted from my existing balance though I have unreg the package on same day. still I am awaiting for the balance it is not updated in my no.085779103118

Dear sir / mam, i lost sim card no. Now unable to recharge my sim . Can u plz advice me the code no of checking own sim card . Awaiting ur promt reply.
For a month now trying to send emails has been unsuccessful with the message – ‘Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)” Occasionally the emails can be sent which means the computer settings are not wrong. The error is in Indosat’s server
Contacting Indosat office in Medan is hopeless, nobody seems to have any knowledge of the email settings.
Also the network in the Samosir area is frequently down, or intermittent.
Indosat’s customer service is very poor and if it wasn’t for the fact that so many contacts use my Indosat email address I would cancel my contract.
I would appreciate some serious effort to improve the service and a contact from a person who can assist resolving these problems.
