I am SB account holder of Axix bank,gujarat branch. On 13th of thsi march I am in Hyderabad. I tried to draw an amount of Rs. 4000 from HDFC ATM gayatrinagar ATM Mechine near Borabanda. After entering all the details as required,machine took about 5 times and displayed timed out, cannot be processed. Again I entered all the details and with drawn the same amount. A msg has come twice in my mobile stating that Rs.4000 was deducted from my account and the total amount deducted was Rs. 8000, where as in fact i received only Rs. 4000. Plz suugest me how to recover the amount which I was not withdrawn.

On 06/03/2012 I received a mail from YOUR BANK regarding approval of my Loan. The delay in getting the approval letter is really very bad from your part. I really can’t understand the reason for the slow process. I think SNAILS works faster then this. I very disappointed by your Bank performance. I WANT A REPLY ASAP.

Dear sir after I purchased dress materials in madarsha at chennai on 13.1.12 using my visa card of axis bank there was a problem with the transaction and it was declined. I didn’t give any transaction slip duly signed. However, Ive noticed the amount has been taken from my card. Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. Despite sending the necessary declaration form through my home branch there is no proper response. Please make arrangements and issue necessary directions to your subordinate officer to credit the amount as early as possible to my above said account no.
When i swapped the card and entered withdrawal amt as Rs 2000/-, the amt deducted 2 times(Rs 2000/-,Rs 2000/-) from my balance,i.e excess Rs 2000/- has been reduced.Please refill my balance with Rs 2000/- back.Please take an immediate action.

I applied For a home loan. I submitted the documents.
The bank deduct the processing fees but did not grant me the loan. The bank says that there is some problem legally,so unable to grant the loan. When there was any legal problem,why the bank deducted the processing fees and why the bank did not inform me the problem before deducting the fees.Now the bank says that they will not refund the processing fee.THEY WILL NEITHER GIVE THE LOAN NOR REFUND THE PROCESSING FEES. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BEHAVIOUR.

I am receipt of 4(four) envelopes in my name as well as in the names of my family members with PIN Nos. for AXIS Bank Credit Cards as under:
I may inform you that neither we have applied for AXIS Bank Credit Card nor we have received them. On enquiring on your Customer Care Tel. No. 1800 233 5577, your Executive informed me that they have not issued any Credit Card in our names and the PIN Nos. were sent to us by mistake. When I asked him how the PIN Nos. can be generated without Credit Card being issued in sombody’s name, he had no answer and he told me that as Credit Cards are not issued in our names, I need not worry and I should not take note/cognisance of the PIN Nos. which I have received. When I enquired whether I will receive any written confirmation from the Bank in this regard, he replied “no” and said that it is not necessary.
I am surprised learn that without our applying for Credit Card, how PIN No. is generated in our names for Credit Cards which are not received by us?
If it is by mistake (again surprised How such misttake can occur in an Institution like a Bank?), isn’t it duty of the Bank to confirm it in writting as PIN No. of Credit Card is very delicate document and if the Credit Card, which we have not received, falls in somebody’s hand and if He/She misuses it, who will be responsible?
In view of the above, I request you to kindly let me have your reply at the earliest.
