I am an account holder of Axis bank. I had deposited a cheque of HDFC Bank at Nariman Point, Mumbai but the amount is yet to be credited. No one is helping me in this regard.
you need to simply speak with the customer support and provide the cheque number you deposited..they will check the delay for you..

This is to inform you that on 19-01-2012 I wanted to withdraw Rs Rs.3500/- from the ATM at Somajiguda, Near EENADU News paper office, opp. RTA,Hyderabad, but unfortunately I did not receive the cash instead the statement slip had reflected that the amount is being withdrawn from the ATM machine. In this regard I would request you to look into the problem. Hope you will do the needful.

you can simply call the customer support and place a complaint..they will investigate if the amount was withdrawn or not.

It’s strange that till date the card is not issued as 10 more days are left for the present card to get expired. Pl let me know If I need to talk to any higher authority as I am posted in a very remote place and I have to collect the card from our regional office @ parkstreet, Kolkata.
