This is to inform you that on 03-05-2012 I wanted to withdraw Rs Rs.3500/- from the ATM at Bronda Chowck Mahasamund, but received Rs.1500/- cash and statement slip copy displays Rs. 3500/- amount. In this regard I would request you to look into the problem. Hope you will do the needful.
It is a harassing bank, over two years I am trying to get my account settled, but nobody feels responsible whenever you talk to them. Insted of helping and settling the matter, they always talk about irrelevant issues. I got fed up.

I had a Axis Salary account which am currently not using from last 6 months or so..but still i get messages though…i lost the pin and me cheque book also lapsed..now i want to reuse the salary accoutn number..but it says its invalid….how do i go about it???
While checking my balance yesterday, Balance was: 35,197.81/-but today morning it shows like balance is: -38459.33/- because of Axis bank executive’s unintelligent work on handling customers account. INR 35,198/- is missing from my Account!!!
Your customer service sucks. The endless waiting period is a pain. I mean are you serious? 45 minutes hold time on the IVR listening to a Hindi song, Badithi Ki nam hai crap.
actually i applied for net banking on 31-3-12. after 11 days still they not responding, i am pissed off by this poor customer service. they are giving lot of numbers to contact but no response.

I had processed for home loan in December 2011 to purchase a flat at Vadodara, Gujarat. I contacted Mr. Mehul from Sayajigunj branch, Vadodara for Home loan. I gave cheque of Rs. 5000/- dtd. 14.12.2011 as process fees. But due to some circumstances & family issues I couldn’t purchase the same & I informed the same to Mr. Mehul on 18.12.2011 time 21:30 . I also asked to return my cheque of Rs. 5000/-. He didn’t gave me back the same. They haven’t issued any file number for home loan. Till today I have not received any SMS & phone call or any legal documents from Axis bank regarding sanction of loan.
After 4 months Axis bank (Sayajigunj Branch) dropped my cheque without informing me & Rs. 5000/- deducted from my ICICI account on 04.04.2012. I tried many many times to call Mr. Mehul & branch office but nobody is giving proper answers. Nobody is picking up the phone.

I want to bring to your kind notice that on 7/04/2012 I tried to withdraw Rs.500.00 from my account no.xx,I visited other banks ATM’S such as UCO BANK and STATE BANK OF INDIA but soory to note that I have’nt received the cash from the ATM’S else I got a slip from UCO BANKS ATM stating UNABLE TO PROCESS TXN NO.1214 ATM ID DA202401 at 20:30 on 7/4/12.The same responce I got from SBI ATM’S also,but for both the transactions the money has been debitd from my account.Total Rs.1000.00 has been debited from my account without giving the cash to me.The question of mine is that when should I get this money back in my account.

I withdrew the amount of Rs.10,000/- on 07.04.2012 from Karnataka Bank ATM at Bellandur, Bangalore. The amount has been debited from my account, but I did not receive the cash. Please check and credit to my account asap.

I used My debit card to withdraw the amount 1200/ from saving account from ATM at New Adarsh nagar , Durg (chhattisgarh) (twice) on 07/04/2012 evening 8:20pm , I did not get money then I again tried the same thing from ATM (BOB, Patel complex, Durg) I did not get money their also as I came to know that the server is down but at 9.15pm their I got the message in my mobile that the amount of Rs 1200/- has been debited from my balance thrice. I have kept the slip for the above three times made on the above date clearly mentioning that the amount has not been withdrawn due to server down. My account is on Supela branch, Bhilai Chhattisgarh. So it is my kind request to you to send the debited amount (Rs 3600/-) to my account as early as possible.

I have done 3 transaction from my axis bank atm on 7/04/12 around 8:30pm.1st from Bank Of Baroda,2nd from Corporation Bank and 3rd from State Bank of India and there only one transaction was confirmed i.e. i have got amount from Sbi ATM only and the amount was deducted twice.The transaction was for Rs.500/- each time.
I withdrew Rs.3000/- from my salary account from CBI, Kapad Bazar,Tilak Rd.Akola ATM on dt.1/3/2012 at 6.00pm. The ATM gave “time out” message and transaction was failed but the amount was debited from my SALARY ACCOUNT. After that I lodged a complaint with the Local Branch of Axis Bank Akola on dt.2/3/2012. I have also spoken with the concerned person of your bank but till date there was no reply and cognizance taken by your bankers. I would like to draw your kind attention that this my Salary Account and I have not received the Rs.3000/- amount after 40 days long period. I hope on receipt of this message you would at least take cognizance and immediately CREDIT the amount to my salary account.
Dear sir on 07/04/12 I used my debit card to withdraw the amount of 4000/ from my salary account at 8.47 pm. I did not get the money so I tried again at 8.48 pm. From same atm again 4000 rs and again I did not get the money but total 8000 rs debited from my account. Kindly solve this problem…

Your Sonary Branch was closed at 2 pm to-day although it is full working day as per RBI guideline.Please take enough care so that in future such type of mistakes do not occur.

So in this case to get your money back you have to call phone banking customer and then you need to register a complaint regarding this. Phone banking customer care will help you on this. After 7 working days you will get your money bank in your same account from where it was debited.

When i used my debit card to withdraw the amount of Rs 8000/- from my salary account from ATM Opp TAJ hotel sardarnagar, Ahmedabad on 31/3/2012 evening, I did not get money but amount is debited from my balance.
21 days later it will get credited back to your a/c but call the helpline nevertheless.
I got my Axis bank Titanium credit card on 22.03.2012, but till now i didnt get any pin number. Pls guide me how to activate / use my credit card.

As am facing many problems with AXIS BANK .
1. I had used my credit card for withdrawal of money through ATM Booth but i could not get the money , still i had seen my deduction of 10,000/- rupees from my account.
The ATM details where the card was used is :- AXIS Bank ATM Vadgaonsheri,Near Datta Mandhir ,PUNE Maharashtra .Saturday 25th of March 2012. at around 11.30 am.
2.I had denied for Direct Bank ACCOUNT but still the documents , mails on my accounts are troubling me.
