I have been trying to reach airtel customer care but no luck.I had recharged my Mobile No xxon 14th July 2015 (unlimited 3G intenet recharge) via FREECHARGE OrderId: FCVW150714202139167. The amount of Rs 695 has been debited from my account twice as a double transaction. Kindly look into it and provide me the refund for the second transaction.

yesterday I have recharged ,3G pack of 4GB of Rs 749 for one month plan of 3G data ,I found that I am using it and Now I fiind that the Speed of the internet is less than 100Kbps which is speed of 2G plan. So you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the problem.

I have rechargered My Mobile No 8890245957 on 18 Mar 2013 through Paytm vide there reference No 306309169. The amount Rs 119 have been debited from my account and it has been confirmed by Paytm sucussfull recharging. I have not received the balance in my mobile.

I have purchased one SIM of airtel containing no. 9829956444 on date 19.11.2012 from Bhiwadi, Rajasathan. Till today the activation has not been done. I even went to the airtel office at Bhiwadi so many times, but no response.
I took new airtel prepaid connection on 14 oct 2012 from jhunjhunu rajasthan.I belong to village area thats why there is no airtel mini shop. Therefore i took connection from local mobile shop.I submitted all documents which is required for activation..but still my connection is not activated.

I had taken a airtel prepaid connection,on 7th june 2012 , bearing number 820871397 but wef 5th july the incoming call facility is not available.though on 4th july 2012 balance was around rs.200/-.kindly look into the matter do the needful at the earliest.
