mobiles are for voice communication. but we want everything on it, then we have to suffer. AIRTEL is the worst telecom service provider. they say they are the no 1 in telecom , yes its true, in all fradulent activities, they teach other service providers how to E- PICKPOCKET customers money. if someone takes money from our pocket , we call it pickpocket.but AIRTEL after taking money from my mobile calls it DEBIT. I use airtel prepaid service, chennai. Today, I received a msg from airtel stating that sms booster service has been renewed which i had never asked for. The worst thing is that I m not able to contact the customer care executive through any of the numbers given by airtel. I m only getting connected to recorded voice directing me to various numbers which only talks about offers.
When they can make so many promo calls and advertising calls to each customer everyday, cant they give us a number to contact the customer care executive?
Is this done purposefully?

Chill out.. The problem with customer care, network, unnecessarily charging us, etc., etc., is every where with all.. Whether it be airtel, aircel, bsnl or anything. I have both airtel and aircel numbers, my dad had bsnl and my mother had tata indicom. Funny that all of them are providing same kinda service. Good or bad..
Jus try to solve the problem in a chill way.. Nothing else can be done.
shameless people…these airtel customer care…just shameless…i have already asked them to deactivate airtel 3G 2 months back…but im still getting bill for these 2 months….and when i called them to ask…these people say that they have no records of it….they dont send me the bills on time…and that too they send to the wrong email id…if i ask why they tell me its not our problem…its my problem it seems…

A short while ago (at 20:06 Hrs) today (10-11-2012) I received sms from AT-AIRINF which reads Thanks for Downloading Airtel Animation Value Pack_Rs from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.99.00. I am neither downloaded anything nor am I aware of such value pack, but I have been charged. This is unfair on the part of Airtel to wrongly charged their customer. Added to this, another irritation is, when I tried to contact Airtel customer care, when one to one call is requested, the call ends and am I unable to speak to them. It is high time that TRAI regulate this sort of malpractices by Mobile Operators. I am seriously thinking of breaking my long association (of 7 Years) with Airtel and change to some decent operator.
Airtel service is the worst now, just inferior to reliance anyway. I bought a sim on 16th sept. and the validity got over on 15th sept. even though i submitted all the required docs. For some reason i cant even reach customer care. Whenever I call they give some stupid fixes which never works. And even hung up sometime without any proper reasoning. I had to suffer for hrs before getting the call. Seriously im pissed at airtel now.

Hi , I have purchased an Airtel 3G data card on 29/06/2012 and submitted my below proof for activation. Till today it was not activated, and the response
of the workers are very bad. Even though i have the instrument, can do nothing with it..simply have wasted Rs 1200.

Purchased a Sim for my mother on urgent basis from Chennai Retailer. Sim got activated at the very moment of receiving all relevant documents from me. Few days later,Sim Which was purchased by me got deactivated despite finishing verification process from your mobile operator personnel. I cannot find the reason for it . Please help me now to activate this Mobile Number xx purchased for my mother. Kindly take required action on this and help us to bring this Sim in active mode as early as possible. Pls reply once it is done.

my balance was reduced every two days and my number was blocked by customer care number and i call from any number that number was also blocked..
This is the worst customer care in the world world….they can only boast that they are largest service providing company but soon they are going to lose many of their customers because of their poor response. I have recharged for 47 rs msg booster and after 2 days they are charging money,even the executives are not responding properly keeping the call hold for more than 10 min and disconnecting the call, when they cant sort out the problem of customers then whats the need for establishing customer care for name sake and appointing officials for that…Just fed up with this network, its all unnecessary tension apart from office work.

I recharged with 225 booster on 26.03.2012. But sms was charged as local – 0.75 and national – 1.50. No response from customer care!!!
I had gone for msg booster for 49 rs but they are deducting money for each msg (75 ps). Called customer care, but no response at all.
No doubt, Airtel’s customer service is the worst in the world. I was trying customer care staff for last 2 days, but the computerised process is not working properly. The worst and useless network is AIRTEL only no Doubt in this…i’m going to change my network to AIRCEL. Much better than Airtel, that is for sure.
Two months back i activated net for 98 rs in my prepaid airtel connection. But now whenever i am browsing in my mobile, an amount is being deducted from my balance. When i am trying to speak to customer care, i am not able to speak, as the record voice is again going to main menu after it says the call is tranferring to cusomer care executive. I am getting irritated. I have spent 30 rs for this. What service are you providing. Why Airtel customer care behaves like that. If this continues, Airtel will lose all the customers.
Your customer care staff gave me a Mobile no. (xx) to talk with senior officer but when i try to call (from 10:30AM to 5:30PM) I found the no. is out of service. My question is, why customer care exe. give us this type of no.?
