I am suppose to fly AIRINDIA FLIGHT AI912/02DEC19 DUBAI- MUMBAI. However I have got a message that DEPARTURE TIME IS REVISED TO 09:55 AM/02DEC19 & REPORTING at 06:55AM/02DEC19.
I have a wedding to attend on 2nd dec. I cannot afford to reach Mumbai in the late afternoon.
Please if you may reschedule me for tonight flight as it is important for me to reach there tomorrow.
Look into it at the earliest. I was trying to reach Air India office 06 5970444 but with no success . Is there any alternate number I can reach to ?

I don’t know how to express my anger towards this bloody air lines. I have booked flight ticket from hyd to Dubai by using rehlt website while check in air India staff told that my ticket got canceled. All the way I came back and I booked my ticket the next and travelled to Dubai. When I called regarding this issue to rehlat they enquired about this and replied to me that “ no show” which means passenger not came on time. when we reached check in area air India staff said “ PNR was entirely cancelled” we tried to call Dubai air India customer service to my surprise even after 20 times no one picking the line. Shame on you air India.
While travelling to Sharjah from Mumbai on 17th Sept 2019, I had great experience with the ground staff, cabin crew etc, but as landed in Sharjah and when I got my luggage, everything was messed my 2 big suitcase was broken, the wheels were out. My bag was torn. After lodging complaint at airport no one was bothered to look after it. Things were pathetic. Blames were transfered that it was broken from India itself. No one took the responsibility. I would highly recommend people not to travel with Air India as u have no safety for ur luggage which is the most important thing you need during your vacation.
I have never seen such an unprofessional Airlines before, I have got a huge travel experience even long flight journeys. Air India is a irritating and fraud Airlines. They just want to fill their flights and want money. Very bad experience. Fraud I would say is the correct word.
Even after doing all the procedure no sign for Refund of Money.
If I do not get the refund at the earliest, will file a case against Air India.

i am going to travel Air India after almost 15 years as tickets on other airlines were not available. Now i know why people criticize the airline and as an Indian i feel very sad that despite the criticism, there seem to be no attempts from the management to improve customer service. i am not sure if the airline realizes that all their employees’ salaries and fat perquisites are paid by the customers who deserve a better service than what is being given to them. After booking my tickets through an aggregator in Dubai, i went on the Air India website to do online check-in and after typing in the booking id, it keeps telling me that my booking could not be found. i tried to call the local Dubai office several times but the calls went unanswered. Now don’t know what to do. I am so used to getting an excellent customer service from other airlines and their websites are so well designed and user friendly that the whole booking and check-in process is seamless. Wonder when Air India will learn..
It is really shameful that the cancellation cannot be done online even though the ticket is book through internet.
The refund for ticket booked under credit card is 20 days pathetic.
Is this what is called Acche Din. I pray that Mr. Ratan Tata take over this Airlines for betterment.

I have travelled from Dubai to delhi thru air india. I had baggage issue with Air India, Air India employees were having scale at gate and weighing duty free merchandise and asking for money. I am not aware of it please share your experience if any one faced same issue

I was travelling from Dubai to Bombay and i have faced the same issue with the hand luggage.
They have charged me 2kgs excess baggage fee which was from the duty free where as my checked in luggage was 29kgs and hand luggage was 7kgs but yet though i had paid 2kgs excess baggage fee which is the worst possible thing that an Indian Airline would do.
Even low cost airlines do not do stuff like this in order to earn money.
More over the Excess baggage payment receipt was a hand written receipt which they gave and it was not even computerized which shows their level of professionalism and also we are not aware whether this money goes to the Dubai Airport or the airline or in the pocket of the staff of is standing there to make extra money.
Extremely horrible, cheap and disgusting standards of service and way to make extra money.
I am purchased 4 ticket through clear trip to Dxb – kichin in Air India. I want to change my date. is it possible to visit in Air India office for the changing date
I’ve called the 06 number in 2 different months, and my call was answered on both times within 4 rings or so.

I have purchased an online ticket ( TICKET NUMBER CCMC5239266849706022 ) from Vijayavada to Dubai, while at the transit in the hyderabad airport the airport staff obliged air india staff. They demanded money without prior information from transit passenger as the UDF charges at the amount of Rupees 1,947. (AIR INDIA HYD RECEIPT NUMBER 354903. Dated on 6 February 2016)
Usually all the charges should be taken while booking the ticket.
How can Air India demand money from the transit passenger when they are already having the ticket to their desired destination, what is the fate of the passenger if he does not have money on hand, How can he travel ??
Suggestion:
In principal Air India should not trouble the passenger in transit, the should collect ticket fare, taxes and all other fareswhile issuing the ticket. They should be collected at the time of booking the ticket.
Or else Air India will lose the passengers.

Kindly update the website to latest version. Shame to say it is Indian National Carrier. No customer support either online nor through phone.
Please use the live chat facility to communicate with Air India, i got a representative after waiting for about just 4 to 5 minutes, after getting tired of calling all the Air India branches in UAE. None of the office picked the call. But chat is really helpful.

No doubt customer service stinks. No one to take the call in any one of the contact number for past several days. Online booking rarely works. During peak season just forget it. My suggestion is, outsource ticketing to some private professional company. While official AIE home site as you fill all details and credit card details, it says cybersource declined your transaction. then how Clear trip / make my trip can provide booking for higher price? Is there a nexus between them?? This airline can run on profit if all the existing lazy staff is terminated!!
