Absolute disaster! Wanted to reschedule ticket yesterday and from 8am trying to get them on the phone. Absolutely impossible, frustrating and hopeless situation! The line is transfered to ticketing and for the rest of your life you will hear the same message – “we are experiencing..”.
I have my ticket to Delhi and to reschedule 23rd Sunday night. Past 2 days I have been trying to do through all customer care numbers. Got connected after 30-40 mins waiting time and on all the calls they told me that they are diverting my call to an agent who can reschedule. But after 1 hr of holding the call further, it gets disconnected or goes to feedback call before disconnected automatically. Even they promised call back as well. No call came. Atleast for 3-4 hrs I have been on line with Cc number through multiple mobile phones. None of the calls they could reschedule.
What is the procedure to engage an assistance if minor passenger travels from Chennai to Singapore / Singapore to Chennai. We have already done the ticket booking, date 24 Dec. What are the documents that need to be submitted? When and where? Tried to reach the customer service, but nobody picks the phone.

First time I wanted to experience Air India and it has turned to be really worst. I will not recommend Air india to anyone.
I booked ticket from Chennai to Cochin for tomorrow 15th Aug at 9.30 – reaching cochin 1050am. I have an important function in cochin at 12noon. But then I received a message saying the flight is starting from Chennai on 15th at 1050am. I was under the impression that it would reach cochin by 11.50am. When I enquired the customer care they said it will reach by 120pm. The customer care also told me to come to airport with ticket and change it to morning flight without any cost.
I booked a car and sent my father who is 70 yrs old and in the airport, now they are saying no seats available and cannot change the ticket.
This is so ridiculous, cant the customer care check if the seats are available and inform us online.
This is completely unacceptable and such a huge waste of money that I spent, I would have rather booked train tickets.
I would never ever prefer Air India anymore neither I would recommend to anyone.

there is a remark in PNR that OK TO BOARD to be taken from airlines.
Is it necessary i have to visit the airline office to get the OK TO BOARD clearance.
