    About rs 14 was deducted from my account on the basis of internet browsing charges but my net pack is still functioning..kindly look into the matter and oblige else will have to change my service provider.

    Every few days my balance keeps on deducting without any reason.. I never activate anything but still charges are deducted unnecessarily, I have also deactivated those schemes and it gets automatically activated ..I want u to stop all this and refund me all the money you’ve cut.. I try to call up customer care they never connect me to the customer executive..

    I am living in Gurdaspur using Vodafone service. Today, your company deducted some amount from my Vodafone number for joke service without informing me. But neither I have sent such a request or require one. I want a refund. I am even thinking of porting my number.

    I am living in Ludhiana and using two numbers of Vodafone service eg. 9646547390 and 9780386561. Day before yesterday, Rs. 54/- has been deducted from my 9646547390 Vodafone number. I contact with customer care (Mr. Harsh, Mohali head office) according to him, company has deducted Rs. 54/- for caller tune. But neither i send any request of caller tune and nor i want this. so, please refund my 54/- Rs. in my number 9646547390. Otherwise, I have to change both numbers from Vodafone to any other service like Reliance, BSNL or Airtel.

    Outgoing facility to my cell no:-****has been with drawn despite the fact that I have already paid my bill till 16.07.2012. My M. No. 9646123010 , I deposit my vodfone bill in authorized mini store tripuri Town Patiala Punjab on 16.7.12 but service of my mobile deactivate on 19.7.12 many times request on 111 and provide receipt no. and date of payment but did not find any postie reply from 111 for activate my no. Please look into the matter immediately i think vodafone is useless and nonsence service. any one authorised officer of vadafone can reply before fileing RTI on 23.7.12

    I ported my number from BSNL to Vodafone thinking the service would be good. Unncessary addons are being activated due to which every week/month some payment is being taken from my account. This is not good for the company.

    Incoming and Outgoing facility to my cell no:-****has been with drawn despite the fact that I have already paid my bill till 18.07.2011.

    Please look into the matter and immediately restore these facilities on my cell.

      Vodafone service has become worst service nowadays. They can do anything, they start any of their vas services or other paid services to your number without informing you and without knowing your intention just to deduct yor balance. Later customer care executives dont resolve your issue, and you are made to call over and over on same number.
