I emigrated to Australia, I gave T-Mobile a change of address, they insisted on sending it to the old address. Finally paid the bill off and my credit rating went down hill with 2/ 3’s. I have even received an unpaid bill for September, even though the account was closed in July. Emails, no reply, phone calls, 0845 are expensive when calling from Australia. What else can I do?
I am a customer of T-Mobile for the last 4 years.I always paid my bills on time but a week ago I lost my job and now I am not able to pay my bills,I signed a contract for 2 years starting 27.12.2010.
I am in India until the 26th Nov and keep getting messages about an unpaid bill. I set up a direct debit on the 28th Oct which my bank received on the 31st October. The bank says no claim has been received. T mobile just need to claim on that DD. Please confirm this is OK and my service will not be affected.
