I am hoping this comment gets to customer service in regards to your raid max liquid ant bait stations. We purchased several of these, and I noticed over several days the ants come to the little plastic bubble, but will not climb up into it, and enter through the open ports there. Maybe I have lazy ants, but I think there is no attractant there, so they have no reason to go investigate. I cut open a long one side, exposing the bait so they don’t have to climb up onto the bubble. This solves a huge problem for them. I have swarms of ants now that are attracted here. I think you need to re-investigate your opening placements. If your testers will do the test with the existing product and also try a product that allows easy entry into the bait trap, I think you’ll find it much improved.
I like your essential products. They are a safer option for pet owners. They are also very effective. It would be extremely helpful if you had an aerosol version for cracks and crevices.
I’m retired & have always been impressed with RAID products. I bought 2 red Eliminator bottles for my flea issues. Didn’t seem to work at all. Such a waste of money! However, I skeptically bought the purple aerosol can for fleas & ticks (which was less expensive) and it worked wonders! I bought 4 more since. I wish I could get a refund for the money I paid for the 2 Perimeter bottles. Can’t exactly take them back to the store empty.
I bought a few “Liquid electric” insecticide mosquito repellent products a few days ago. I put them in three rooms and I tried them for three nights. Honestly, I can say that it does not work and is 0% effective. I used to believe that RAID was a good brand but now it is questionable. I tried and trusted the products for three days but they did not repel the mosquitoes. I am going to have to switch to another brand.
The red tin of raid works fantastic. The only problem is when you spray at first a nice mist comes out but then huge blotches of poison squirts out causing one huge mess. For this reason I will rather switch to another product which does not make this huge mess in my house.
I bought several of the Raid Max Double Control Ant Baits. They are almost rectangular with round ends and there are little windows along the edge. I have read the box several times and it only tells how to secure the little sticky piece on the bottom. I don’t know what I have to do to open up the bait part. Can you tell me what to do so the ants can get in? Thank you.
