The gentleman at the Indianapolis Fashion Mall J & M is just excellent. I called to see if the store had a belt that I could exchange as I has just received one from an online order that did not fit. He checked and did not have one in stock but offered to “take care of everything – exchange/return/etc.” if I would like to come to “his” store. I could tell he really had strong positive feelings towards J & M so rather than my doing the free exchange I went to the store. He was very courteous, articulate, helpful and engaging. A real strong representative for J & M. Thought I would mention this as most comments are negative and this gentleman is exceptional!
