JAIPAN Group of Industries was established in 1981 by Shri J.N. Agarwal, a technocrat with years of experience in the design and manufacture of consumer durables. It is the leading manufacturer of kitchenware, growing tremendously under the leadership of its founder and Chairman JayaNarayan Agarwal and its Managing Director Mr Atin Agarwal.
It manufactures a range of products-
1.      Food Processor – The Company produces food processors in combination with mixers under the name Kitchen Mate and Kitchen Style. It also manufactures the home makers’ companion three in one Cuty Juicer, Mixer and Grinder.
2.      Mixer Grinder-The Company manufactures a wide range of attractive mixers to suit the diverse needs and desires of the customers. JAIPAN is the only brand with seven different models of mixer grinders few of which are
·        Designer Mixer Grinder- This is the best mixer with 3 stainless steel Jars. This Grinder does all kind of dry grinding of spices such as Chilli powder, Dhania, etc. Wet Grinding jar does many things like Soaked Rice & Tender Paste. It also has a Chutney jar & also helps in grating of some vegetables
·        Little Master Mixer Grinder- This is made specially to suit the needs of small families of 3-4 people. It is suitable for Home Made Masalas like Haldi, Dhania, red Chilli, and for preparing Chutneys like coconut chutney and pudina chutney.
·        Kitchen Green Mixer Grinder – This attractive mixer grinder has a royal green hue with rated motor and specially designed super sharp blades.
3.      Hand Mixer- Blender- Jaipan Blenders are highly convenient to use. They are easy to hold and feather light, Blades are non infective to the food. They also have mincers to chop, mince & mash the vegetables. The Beater helps to beat the liquid and make it even textured. They also give facilities of Chutney Attachment and Juicer Extractor (for soup).

I have purchased one Jaipan Jumbo Rotimaker from A C Mohamed at Bentick street in Nov 2018 which is under warranty. Now problem is temprature is not sufficient to make roties, it is getting stick to the palte and they are not able to repair. Kindly let me know how to get the service.

I have purchased one JAIPAN STEAM COOKER on 18/01/2015 from in a fair in Kolkata from HOME SHOPPING CENTRE whose office is situated at 6, Naskarpara Road, Jadavpur, Kolkata-700075 Mobile No. 09231850262 &9883010901 with a warranty of one year. The Cooker did not work in the month of Nov.2015. I have made to the above mentioned mobile Number and in the begging I was told that some body will attend the problem at our residence. But nobody has attended it. Then again I have called over phone. I was instructed over phone to take the steam cooker to Service Centre situated at 72 CANNING STREET, KOLKATA -700 001 and contact No. 9331062296/033-32622296/033-39851428. I have deposited the Steam Cooker on 11/12/2015. I was told that the spare part is not available and was asked to contact after a week take it. Thus I have contacted 10 days. I was told that spare part has not arrived but they have got another steam cooker that he can replace with my steam cooker. Then we found that it was a broken one. So we have refused to replace with that.
Then he said only after getting the spare part he will undertake repairing work. When I asked as to when it will be done. He said I don’t know. It may be one months/two months etc.
Several times I called him over phone I was told no spare parts are available, that is why I told you to replace with the one which was broken. And his way of talking is totally rough. However in the February I call him over phone he said now the spare part is available you can came and take delivery of the steam cooker. So got back the cooker and it worked for one day and since next day it did not work. Again we have take the steam cooker to him and replaced the coil and charged Rs.500/- He said we are getting this spare parts from China . However it did not work for even for one month. We feel he is using all old spare parts one duplicate spare parts. We don’t it is wise to make mending work with him. So please send the coils to me and I will pay the cost of the same. Else the steam cooker that we have purchased with a cost of Rs.4000/- will be a totally waste for us.
