Hi this is the 6th time contacting you regarding this airbed I received for mother’s day from my children & it doesn’t hold the air! Kindly have someone call me regarding replacement since we don’t have a receipt since Walmart didn’t give it to my son & he didn’t realize it until I asked him for it when the bed didn’t hold the air and now I need a replacement please? I spoke to KIKI at your customer service which didn’t really speak English very well and told me that she couldn’t help me without a receipt and I asked her how can I have a receipt if Walmart didn’t hand the receipt to my son & he paid cash for it and she wanted me to get a receipt from Walmart which is impossible to look for a cash transaction since I already tried doing that this passed week so im really disappointed that after the amount of beds and pools etc I’ve purchased from Intex and this is how I get treated!
