I’m stuck with an item they duplicated twice…they ask me to send it back. I can’t print a returns note, they are unhelpful & rude. Support is like banging your head against a brick wall.
I am very disappointed in how i have been ignored and told i would be refunded my money. I purchased 3 items and had 2 to be delivered on the 14th of nov in time for xmas. I asked for a refund and i have not received this either and was to be in my bank on the 07/03/2023.
