I would like to introduce my-self, I am a regular visitor to BigBazaar for all the day to day required domestic items. And under one roof all the required items are available, the Mall personnel also meeting the customer’s requirements in all times.
I wish to bring to your notice that, to-day ( 28-10-2018) I have purchased “ Tasty Treat” SOAN PAPIDI ( UTSAV ) Sweet, which was offered by BigBazaar sales representatives on special offer for “Diwali” under by one get one free for Rs.80/-. while opened the pack and eating, I found that, Soan Papidi Sweet was found in very Hard – instead of Cryspy Multi layered.The Packet was in sealed condition, and there was no damages/holes.
It is surprised to me, and felt very bad on this, however I have checked again since it may be a one piece, but all the other pieces are in the same condition. I hope in the process of in your manufacturing plant, the Quality Control personnel were failed to sorter and picks out under an visual Inspection System.
As per my knowledge, the Quality control ensured that, When the Sweets arrive at the Packing Section, they failed examined and tasted for quality randomly. But, it is necessary that all the Sweets are examined before packing and to maintain Quality Standards before dispatch to the Shopping Malls.
While the process of mixing, cooking, until final stage, Q.C has to be checked the Taste samples are made from each batch throughout the manufacturing process, usually at a rate of once per hour. The tasters check the Sweets for Taste, color, shape, overall flavor, and Quality Standards.
After the thorough process of Q.C check/approval only the final finished product should be sent for packing purpose.
Further, I would like to suggest you to verify the Batch records of particular batch and find out the status of supervision/Q.C approved by the concerned accordingly.
Hence, I request you to look in to the matter and ensure to maintain Quality and see that it should not to be repeated in future. Please note that those 2 packs of “ Tasty Treat” SOAN PAPIDI ( UTSAV ) kept as it in where purchased condition, and you can verify those at any time for your ready reference and for necessary action in this regard.
on 1/04/16 I purchased Rs 267 of items from BigBazaar OldMadras Road Bangalore. I paid Rs 300 and got change Rs 33. On the bill they have deducted Rs 250 from some FG shopping card. So the staff have got Rs 250 free, based on someones shopping card. When questioning the supervisor they ignored. All are involved in skimming profits in this way, I feel.
I had purchased for rs 1300 from food bazaar in ramamurthynagar Bangalore by paying thru my debit card. They swiped my card twice but I am yet to get refund for one transaction. I got very bad response from the shop staff. What should I do?
Today I purchased Rs. 562/- worth of goods from Fourth Floor, Visakhapatnam Big Bazar, Station Road. On the bill there is a talk time of Rs. 10/- value and written that to contact T-24 kiosk.
Immediately I Came to GF and contacted the T-24 kiosk for talk time recharge. There the T-24 person told that to contact at the billing counter only which is in 4th floor. They simply neglected and refused my argument.
Immediately I went to the customer desk. There also same response.
Very carelessly and with indiscipline they refused to solve the problem.
Because of the not informing at the bill counter I came to GF to contact the T-24 kiosk.
The Staff are least bothered about me and my time. Is is possible to go to 4 th floor again and wasting of 2min time for Rs. 10/- talk time.
I felt very bad why the Big Bazar staff become irresponsible, carelessness, Indiscipline, etc.,
As I visited the store from Vizianagaram 50 Km away, I was very much disappointed and expect that the service and behavior of staff will be improved.

I Really feel Bad About Big Bazar’s Biggest Bad Service, I have purchased a Mettal cart on 10-04-2012. That time one sales man said about the delivery date 09-05-2012 after that they alloted my item to another customer who booked after me (May Month).
On Saturday I purchased items worth Rs.1132/- and got a scratch card for Rs.150/. How do i login to enter the scratch card secret number? if I dial the number given in the scratch card 0922 222 1947, there is no response but just music.
