    I have taken broad band connection on 18/7/13. The response from your service engineer is very poor . I dont find any number or direct to address the problem. your ser engg does not respond nor is the customer care is of any help except seek details.
    This was not expected from a company like airtel, Can I have any direct number of the AP incharge to talk to ?

    Worst Service… Why don’t you connect direct to customer services… why you are telling all unused info while calling to 121… even there is no option to talk with customer care…. how you developed like this… worst worst… please change your system… vodafone is far far better than you in customer services off-course even in network and offers also…
    Please respond and make better fell to customer…
    I think customers are everything for you…

    Yesterday we recharged airtel mobile for 50 Rs and without our consent Airtel has deducted 30 Rs for some village related program. This is ridiculous how can those bloody guys do like this without consent of customers. kindly some one let us know how to file a case on consumer court for this.

    I recently recharged my number for 50 rupees. Immediately after that I received message saying Cricket Trivia subscription has been activated and I have been charged Rs 40 for same. Like this, everyday I receive message of Games Club and several others. I tried sending the stop message to 121 to unsubscribe. Tried everything but all in vain. The customer service team assured that this will be resolved and I will be refunded. But nothing yet. This is very poor service as money is being deducted without consent of customers.

    Airtel Customer Care executives dont have any kinda details in their terminals.
    My balance got deducted and when i ask each time they tell different service caused deduction.
    When i want to talk to senior executives they transfer to any number which doesn’t get answered.
    Sometimes they tell your balance will be returned, but they never happen! Your services are really pathetic!!

    I am receiving messages that games club has been renewed on my no. and rs. 5 is being deducted every day from my account. I have several times sent the stop message to 121 & sms unsubgc to 54321 & sms unsub gc to 56363 but all in vain. Then I talked to the customer care 2 times and I was assured that it will be deactivated in 48 hours and for this a call will also be there from airtel. But still the money is deducted from my account unnecessarily. This is unfortunate.When I sent sms unsub gc to 56363 then I received this message:( no service has been assigned for this keyword.Please check the service). Again I sent same sms and I received this message :(due to some technical reasons cannot proceed further).

    Your customer service executives are very clever in disconnecting call. They think customers are fools? Strictly speaking ,the supervisor to whom i got connected is irresponsible and he don’t want to attend my call. Your company is going down!
