Tried to purchase two tickets for Wakanda Forever with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.
The icon in the middle of the screen just kept spinning until the order timed out. Downloaded the app and it didn’t even recognize the event.
No phone line to call for help. Customer service is nonexistent.
Have had an account for over 20 years, this is the first time I couldn’t place an order with Ticketmasterand the last time I’ll ever try.
Seems like only rich people can afford to go to concerts now a days. For nosebleed section it was $189 per ticket plus tax etc. Those same ticket an hour later were $350 per seat!! If sculpting is “illegal” then why TicketMaster are you allowing resellers?!! Prior pandemic $150 would get you a decent ticket to a concert.
Ticket Master is an absolute joke. You buy tickets for a concert and then they reschedule for another date but you’re not entitled to a refund. When you buy the ticket, you buy it because you can go on that date, or because it’s a special occasion like an anniversary or birthday. I don’t care if the concert is rescheduled for a year later, I may not be able to go on that date. You’re lucky to get a hold of customer service let alone get your money back. I will no longer be purchasing any tickets from ticket master. They have no right to keep our money. If I choose to go a year later I’ll repurchase…THANKS FOR NOTHING!!
They said they processed a refund but my card never received it. They continued to shun us off and act like its out credit card providers were at fault. We never received it still 5 months later and they say it hasnt come back to them so they wont re-issue the refund. I doubt they even sent it in the first place. They know its been over 2 years since original purchase and our credit card company cant do anything.
Very disappointed with this service, my children bought my wife and I tickets to Rod Stewart in Sept. 2022 As we are seniors and do not have a cell or app. we can not get into the event, keep in mind we are in May and they will not mail the tickets to us, the agent said it was to bad that we do not have a cell. Is the mail that slow in Canada or Ticket Master has a terrible customer service dept. and will not mail the tickets to us.
I purchased tickets for the wrong night of a 3 night 5440 concert. I followed instructions to get a refund by buying tickets for the correct night and provided my previous order.#. After asking what was happening with my refund I was informed it would go through in about 30days. I looked at the order# and it turned out they had re-refunded tickets from the first cancellation I had showing in my ticketmaster account from 6mths earlier. How do you make that mistake? After requesting clarification I had received approximately 20 emails from 6 different agents, my daughter mistakenly opened the email”your tickets are waiting”, for the date supposed to be canceled. I explained how confusing the whole situation was without speaking to anyone nor having someone acknowledge the correct order # to be refunded. I had to transfer the tickets back to my order account but it is impossible to do so from your iPhone wallet. They now say the vendor needs to validate a refund. Why when all the correspondence proves the mistake was made by agents at ticketmaster. I’m willing to take this to BBB or small claims if my CC company claims it’s my fault ( I spent hours on the phone with them as well). I hate that my concert experience was ruined by paying double for 8 tickets for 3 ppl, ferry travel & hotel. At least my daughter used the 4th ticket to go out of the venue to get food not liking the back up band, there was a “no leaving the event” policy. Anyone want to join my battle? I am force to be reckoned with.
I have tickets for James Taylor in Vancouver on April 15/20 which was cancelled due to COVID with no refund as concert to be re-scheduled. Now scheduled for May 17/22 in Vancouver. Unable to contact Ticketmaster as I have changed my internet provider. How do I contact Ticketmaster? Went to office in Vancouver and no one would answer intercom and have phoned with no success. Very poor customer service.
You need to repeatedly call ticketmaster back east with all your information (proof of payment & your ticket #) for the concert. I’m surprised it hasn’t shown up in your ticketmaster account stating you have tickets. They definitely need to improve the process for postponed events explaining how you will automatically have tickets even if you had them refunded. Better communication! I’m sick of the “Covid blame game”
Agree. Trying to contact customer service is a joke! I have been waiting for over 10 minutes on a supposed 10 minute wait. Guess what? They don’t care because they’re the only game in town. When you run a monopoly, you don’t have to give a crap about your customers because unless a grand mass of people refuse to order tickets to anything via Ticketmaster, they will continue to be the master. I’m done. And I have spent a ton of money on tickets via Ticketmaster but I really just don’t care anymore about any band, sport or company that deals through them. If you’re lucky, sometimes venues sell direct. Those are the bands/events that I will continue to support.
Guns n Roses postponed twice.
Received an email June 1/21 stating cancelled and a refund would be issued (usually within 30 days)It has now been 5 months and still no refund. My tickets aren’t showing in current or PAST events and this is needed to link the event in question to your query. I’ve tried to ask about this several times through their “contact customer service” tool. No response. Found an “email us” on my event page for a different concert, but it just gives an automated reply stating the same info that the website has no refund policy.
What a disgrace of a company. I have been calling customer service for OVER A YEAR since Covid started to inquire about changes to my account and a refund to my concert tickets that were rescheduled 2x and now have cancelled. I can’t believe they do not answer or reply. I am going to the better business bureau and lodging a complaint. This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cant believe you even have fans anymore.
Customer service at TicketMaster is NON-EXISTENT. Trying to get a refund on a twice rescheduled concert that I cannot attend. Told I cannot get a refund because the tickets were transferred to my friend and co-purhaser’s iPhone. Once she heard the concert had been rescheduled she assumed, incorrectly, that I would be refunded the purchase price of the two tickets to my credit card. I’m told the tickets must be transferred back to me – the problem is that the tickets have been deleted from my friend’s iPhone and therefore cannot be transferred back to me. TicketMaster will sell those seats to someone else. What a dishonest and disgusting situation this is — Trying to call customer service phone number only results in being referred to the website. Total BS – I am out over $200. I will never purchase tickets through TicketMaster again. I’m filing a formal complaint with Consumer Protection in Manitoba.
Is your verified program a joke? Code came 70 minutes late and only accessed 400 level. I was born in Toronto and at my age have seen it all but this is ridiculous. I would like you to extend me a PIT ticket for Phish June 18 in Toronto, my MasterCard is ready to use. I’m sure you’ll have lots of aftermarket tickets available after your scam was uncovered by the CBC, perhaps you can sell me one of those at face value. Shameful but I’m sure you will help me. I’d rather not go to the Better Business Bureau not that they’d do anything useful. Many thanks and with great expectations! Earle
I am very disappointed in the dishonest representation of the Ticketmaster representative that I spoke to on the phone regarding my Fleetwood Mac tickets which I purchased on May 03, 2018.
I went on line and purchased two tickets in section 109 Row 28 seats 1 & 2.
When I received confirmation I noticed that the tickets purchased were for seats 1 & 3. I immediately contacted a ticketmaster representative to explain what had happened and expressed a desire to have two seats next to each other.
The Ticketmaster representative told me not to worry that the tickets were in fact next to each other and were being sold as odd numbers at the venue.
I asked again, so there is no one sitting in seat 2 and the agent said that is correct there is no seat 2.
come the night of the concert we found our seats and much to our disappointment we learned that there was in fact a seat 2 and someone was sitting in it. I was in seat 1 and my partner in seat 3 with a belligerent stranger in seat 2 who refused to move at our request and who made the show less then enjoyable for us.
What should have been a beautiful anniversary date was a complete disappointment.
I’ve been following the news story recently regarding Ticketmaster’s resale division (tradedeask). I’ve read Ticketmaster’s statement categorically denying any involvement in this reseller program and I feel I must must state my personal position on this issue. On a great many occasions I have sat in from of my computer at exactly the right time desperately trying “unsuccessfully” to get tickets to event that are important to me or perhaps for my young daughter who absolutely MUST see Maroon five or Pink or (insert any popular group or act here).
I have long suspected and I have even complained to you that your system favours everyone else EXCEPT the common consumer. Now you have been clearly busted by the Toronto Star & and CBC in an undercover sting investigation. These reporters have uncovered and broadcast the truth to the masses on what a great many of the ticket purchasing public has long suspected. Your whole monopoly system is rigged to shaft the general public out of our hard earned cash. Taking extremely unfair advantage over your position and our trust in you to do what’s right. I want you to know that I sincerely hope this brings you down. I’m so fed up with ticketmaster and not being able to get fair priced tickets to any popular show that I would much rather camp out on the sidewalk and wait in line for tickets. Ticketmaster has know for a very long time about these issues and has done nothing to fix them. Now suddenly “when your scam has been exposed” your going to do an internal review and put measures in place to mitigate the problem. What a pile of crap! You do not deserve what you have and I truly hope this is your downfall.
I hate the current ticketmaster system.

I have received suspicious call saying I had tickets for bieber concert that had been rejected at the time of sale, and that I still had them on file and I could still purchase them.i felt it was suspicious and the gentlemen on the phone and was very rude. I was given reference numbers 66-38161 , 66-38180 I don’t know if this routine to call back customers after a month or more to offer those tickets I tried to purchase, just wanted you to know of the situation.
My daughter purchased to front row seats as a gift at Christmas for me to see Kenny Rogers in Wpg. We have been trying for 3 days to get assistance from Customer Service and on line on how to get these paperless tickets. I have accepted on her email but cannot get anywhere. Even when I have customer service on the line while I am on the site they still cannot assist me. I am frustrated and a nervous wreck and now do not even want to go to the concert. Probably cannot go anyway as although the tickets were paid for on her Mastercard, I cannot get access on how to get in to the concert or print the tickets. You people need to learn on how to provide customer service and please note I did not say better as I did not get any service. It is now late in the afternoon and I was told to call back again as now we have to get the order no. which my daughter has at home and she is away from home. They should have told her that two days ago when she first spoke to Customer Service!!!! I would like a response from you please as soon as possible!
Horrified with the actions of Ticketmaster!!!!!!
We purchased tickets to the Dave Matthews concert for this past Saturday evening at the Molson Ampitheatre and missed a portion of the show because Ticketmaster had made an error on the service charge portion of our tickets. In order to correct this, we had to wait in line for over 2 hours and missed the entire first set of his show!!!
I am furious and will never purchase tickets from Ticketmaster again! People purchase tickets to such events for a relaxing enjoyable evening. It was totally ruined because of the anger, frustration of not only ourselves but all of those around us. I expect to be compensated for OUR troubles otherwise I will take my concerns regarding Ticketmaster further.
