Just went to our local Pizza Hut for a promotional deal they have any size pizza for 10 $ . I was informed that the deal was an Online deal so I sat in my car trying to get on the website for 10 minutes before calling customer service , I told them I was able to get on all the local pizza joints but there’s was not working they apologized …. so I called and ordered dominoes !!! Has anyone tried that pizza !!!!! Holy it was amazing , I think I found my new favorite pizza ….. thank you Pizza Hut for stirring me to a competitor I do appreciate it :)
We have been a loyal pizza Hut customer since we moved into the area, after today we will no longer be. I ordered out pizza and it was 17 minutes late…hey things happen. I called in to make sure everything was ordered Properly and it was. She informed me there was no guarantee on order time…made me feel like she thought I was trying to get my pizza for free…felt a little insulted but no big deal I’m a big boy I can get over it…and besides I know pizzahut has never had a time guarantee. So when the pizza arrive 23 minutes past the estimated time I made a friendly joking comment of this being the latest pizza ever. The driver informed me that he won’t take the responsibility of it as he just started…whatever. so I politely informed him that I am a generous tipper but can not justify giving a tip seeing the circumstances. So he owed me 3.75$ and attempted to give me 1.30$ and walk away. I asked him what this was and that it was short. He counted out the remaining 2.30$ and threw it at me……… the worst part of this all is that the pizza was cold…. and I had to ask him 3 times before he told me his name… keep up the good work Thomas. 5* delivery
Hello, I am not sure where else to post this… I am trying to find a number to call… Anyways, we ordered pizza for delivery this afternoon. The pizza came and there was no stuffed crust, so we called and they came back an hour and a half later with a new pizza, although it had stuffed crust, the crust overall was as thin as paper and impossible to eat add it broke under the weight of the toppings. I have called the location to ask to speak with management and now I have been on hold for 25minutes… I love your pizza but would like to find someone to talk to about this as this is a great customer service concern. I have worked in the industry and know that this is not how to deal with these problems.
Hi my names ryan. Let me start off by saying that love your pizza, but I can never get it because apparently I live outside of the delivery radius, even though I’m a 14 minute drive away. Honestly I’m tired of dominos, and would love it if I could order from my favorite place. I receive coupons in the mail, which are a big tease because they making me think I can get a delivery ordered, but everytime I call they say they can’t. Even when I ordered through the app, it would process the order, and tell me everything okay, but in 5 minutes one of your reps call me saying I have to pick it up or my orders cancelled. Seems like a big lose of money on your guy’s part, cause I’m a frequent orderer of delivery pizza. I would have to say that this year alone I’ve bought at least 300 worth of pizza, from a place I have to deal with cause it’s the only place the will deliver up a hill. I don’t mind if the pizza gets a little cold, I have a microwave, maybe just mention the due to the distance the the pizza may lose its warmth but because of the distance you aren’t liable.
I have recently received emails for order confirmations, from Pizza Hut Australia. I reside in North America, and did not order, in the first place. I am not sure whether to be concerned that the cost of my order has been deducted from my debit card, or if the individual ordering the pizza, misspelled their email address, and used mine instead.
We ordered from the Pizza Hut in our home town of Slave Lake, Alberta. This is the first time in my life that I have EVER sent a complaint and the only reason I am sending this is because this was THE worst meal my family and I have EVER had from a order-out chain restaurant. Horrible. Stuffed crust was empty, no cheese. Pizza had barley any toppings, the bacon mac & cheese had basically no cheese, bacon, or sauce, NO flavour at all. We will NEVER order from here again. This was our second try, as we ordered the first week this franchise opened and it was bad then. We thought we would wait and try it again. Big mistake. Will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Such a disappointment.
Just wanted to complain and your mobile site does not have a contact us or complaint section… which it should. I have been attending school an hour away from my hometown since September. My girlfriend and I have been getting a large stuffed crust with breadsticks and dips every Friday since September.
Not only is the service at the Kingston Ontario Pizza Hut completely mind blowing in a bad way but the pizza itself is grossly inconsistent. After getting a pizza so greasy it falls through the bottom of the box before we get home (10 minutes from Pizza Hut) for two weeks straight, we said if we did not get a decent pizza next time we would quit getting your pizza. We then got a pizza that was not as greasy and actually was eatable so we continued to get our Friday pizza and breadsticks.
However, it will officially be the last time I eat a slice of Pizza Hut pizza, I am completely sick of the disrespect and bullshit I have to go through every time just because I am 20 years old and not an adult. I am fine with being ignored, talked down to and constantly ‘accidentally’ overcharged because I am a man and can take it, but I draw the line when you do it to my girlfriend. How can overweight forty year olds working at a pizza place be this obnoxious and disrespectful and still be employed. I was unable to get our pizza this week, so I had my girlfriend pick it up. The things I was told she had go through honestly made me so sick to my stomach so much that I lost my appetite and I through out the pizza.
How can a whole ‘professional’ company be so rude to a 5’4 teenage girl. I am truly disgusted with the whole building and every person in it. The second nearest Pizza Hut to where I’m attending school is in napanee and it was recently closed. With the way the Kingston chain is run I am not at all surprised.
Raw dough burnt toppings and over an hour awaiting for my pizza, that’s still not here Quesnel bc pizza huts new yes but come on. You need to train these people omg. Let alone not having the right toppings on the pizza. Getting a new pizza at this point does nothing to make this right.
And it’s been an hour waiting for my new pizza.
This is ridiculous. I tried to order a different kind which is cheaper and they wouldn’t let me do that either.

I tried to phone in a delivery and was informed that my location is not in an area Pizza Hut can deliver; the attendant on the phone then informed me that the computer isn’t always accurate and that customer service could help me. The Pizza Hut branch is about 2 mins away, the only problem is that we are in a new area and Pizza Hut hasn’t updated their system. They transferred me to customer service. The attendant from customer service was extremely rude. When I informed her that I was transferred due to this issue she made a sound of disgust. She then informed me that she will need to call the store. I waited on hold for 10 minutes. When she returned she told me she couldn’t get through and there was nothing else she could do. I asked her for the number of the store and again she made sounds of disgust for me. She then gave me 604-824-8112 which is the first number I called. I was not being rude and I did not deserve to be treated in that manner! When I asked for her name she started basically screaming at me and transferred me to head office which was just voice message. She did not give me her name and hung up on me. Why should I be treated in that manner? I love the quality of Pizza Hut but I will have to order from a competitor today and I will be scared to call in an order from now on. Not of fun experience :(
