Hi there
I recently purchased the Panasonic DMP-BDT460 Smart Network 3D Blu-ray Disc™/ DVD Player, and I am wanting to watch x265 encoded content, and it does not play, is there a software update or something that will allow me to play x265 content (Video files) as I just spent a lot of money on this product.
Kind regards
Darren
Good day Panasonic team,
I’m searching for two Panasonic cordless phones that I can’t manage to find anywhere within South Africa for sale.
The model numbers are KX-PRW130W and the KX-PRW120.
I know these phones are discontinued, but even a demo or refurbished phone will be appreciated – preferably the KX-PRW130W.
I am looking for a new 240V 20W screw-thread bulb for my Panasonic Dimension 4 (the Genius) microwave / convection oven. I have already removed the fused bulb whilst only removing the outer cover of the oven. As an electronic engineer and having worked on military microwave systems I have ensured that I have not affected the microwave sealing integrity.
Please advise me whether you have this bulb in stock or suggest what alternatives I have. KR Dr Wand
I have an ancient National Food Processor Model MK-5080N. I am looking for a bowl for this model – it may be possible that a modern model may have a bowl that would fit this model.
Please do your best to find a suitable bowl.
Many thanks.
Hi
More than a year ago I bought a DentaCare irrigator. It has developed mould growing between the inner and outer sleeves of the telescoping part and there is too little space between the two for me to be able to clean it off. Have you any advice for me. I try to store it at an angle, and with the water chamber half open, so that any moisture can drain out. Can I immerse it in something to kill the fungal growth?
Hi, Im desperately looking for Panasonic SC-AK48 CD Stereo System or any of SC-AK model, I can’t seem to find it anywhere online (Olx or Gumtree). I would appreciate if you can advice me on that.
Thanks in advance

Dear Panasonic
I recently had problems with a 37″ Plasma Tv which is out of warranty.
I phoned the service no for Panasonic listed in the phone book and was referred to a company called Broadtronics in Parow.
I took the Tv there and after a month they said it was fixed, charged me R1500 and I picked it up only to find it had not been fixed. When I phoned them there was no answer so I went there only to find the place has closed down.
As you had recommended them as part of your after sales service you have to take responsibility as well.
Do you care about your customers and how will you assist me?
Regards
Nick Fredman
Love Panasonic products. Have been using the same for the last 5 years. However I hope the company can improve its customer service. Sometimes complaints dont get resolved quick.
