Brought a Water heater model DH-3NS1SW, after reading good reviews on panasonic water heaters.
The original water hose to my shower head is too short and I preferred to have it longer and be stainless steel to fit in with my bathroom fittings.
However the outlet hole seems different from normal hose in the hardware shop.
Has emailed service center for advice to get a different hose, but was given various excuses to use their original hose. On further email to them for alterative advice went unanswered
This is such crap, as I do not have any issue changing a water hose on other brands of heater I used so far.

I bought KX-TGA680AZ Panasonic Digital Cordless Telephone with Link-to-Cell System from Costco Melbourne. The set functions very well in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, esp the speaker is good for mom’s hard of hearing. There was a power surge due to thunder, the set stops working. Technician checked the 3 phones are ok. He suspected the AC adaptor is affected (PNLV234AL). Can I purchase the AC adaptor or a substitute? Have tried so many sets, this is by far the best for mom, now desperately trying to get help to restore the set. Have trusted so much with Panasonic, and really hope you can help. The Online warranty is not friendly. I have tried register but failed to get it registered online.
I contacted Panasonic India help center as my newly purchased wireless adapter’s (PANASONIC TY-WL20A) connectivity kept failing. Besides this there is already Belkin ADSL Modem with built in 803.11g wireless router installed.
But till now no help is extended by Panasonic Help Center in India.
All other devices at my home like Laptop and Apple iPhone are working from my wireless Belkin Modem/router with password protected access as set in router. The wireless adapter TY-WL 20A seems to be defective, so kindly replace the same.
