To cancel bookings, log on to the website and click on manage bookings and enter the registered mobile number and booking ID, and click on cancel booking. For Android/iOS click on my bookings from the home screen menu to cancel your bookings, alternatively call on +072687400 or +91-93139 31393 and speak with an OYO customer care executive for refund/cancellations/other miscellaneous queries. Also, call on the guest support helpline from the registered mobile number or drop an email at bookings@oyorooms.com, and the refund amount will reflect on the account within 7-14 working days.

Similarly, customers can address their grievances with OYO through social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. To file a complaint, visit the official Facebook page @oyorooms and comment under the post section, or send a message and chat with an OYO customer care executive. I was booked 02 rooms for three days at Adhitya Grand through OYO rooms for 17 Jul – 20 Jul 23 (ICVJ8916). When I reached to hotel, rooms in hotel are not upto standard and dirty. Hence , I decided to cancel the rooms in Adhitya Grand and same done on OYO app. Refund action initiated on 17 Jul 23 post cancellation charges. Refund amount Rs 1640.00 has not been credited in my account till to date. Response of OYO customer care executives are very poor.
I booked a room via OYO at Dwarka , Delhi sector 9, for 19 March 2023 for checkin, but when I reached I was not able to find out the hotel. When I contact through phone, I am denied for checkin, as there has NO BOOKING ID. My booking Id is C9XU9398. From 19 the March onwards I am complaining and requesting for refund, but NO USE. I tried to contact customer care, and they say they are transferring the call but have no result โ the call does not get transferred and after some time the call gets disconnected.
The only way to get refund from Oyo is to cancel the booking and go to chat bot option on website. Mark your issue and raise a complaint. If you will get a ticket registered, you will get refund. All the said process must be done within 1 hour after cancellation.

I had called and complained about the hotel that they were not accepting my oyo booking within 1 Hour after booking. Hotel reception told me property is sold out and if want to stay then need to pay 2000/- cash for a new booking. So i denied and came back from there and raised a complaint to issue refund. It’s now 4 months over and i am told by customer support that I’ll receive refund within 10-15 days. I feel being fooled by your company.

I booked OYO 82269 Primes Residency at pondicherry. I reach there by midnight 12.30, the hotel person did not accept OYO booking and I did not get room through oyo booking. When I called oyo customer care number multiple times through which I booked, different persons attend phone calls and after listening they are asking us to hold the call for more than 20 minutes without further response. It looks like that they want us to cut the call by ourselves. It is highly unfortunate to select oyo. Oyo customer care was highly irresponsible and I waited for the reply of oyo customer care upto 2.00 Am. At last they offered me another room at a distance of 2.3 km. I couldn’t get a transportation facility at the midnight and I forced to book room in that prime residency itself. It’s waste of money and oyo is highly irresponsible. Advance money lost, not allowed to check-in with oyo hotel, paid more money for stay. Horrible experience with OYO .

You take advance payment in the name of booking but hotel does not give room and money is also not refunded.Then after calling the customer care number of OYO, they will put you on hold after listening to you, then wait for 30 minutes, no response is received.
I booked OYO 1004 (hotel fly view) at Jaipur on 26th Nov, 2022. Paid advance amount through Gpay. But when we tried to check-in , hotel fellow did not accept OYO booking and I did not get room through oyo booking. Advance money lost, not allowed to check-in with oyo hotel, paid more money in other other for stay. Horrible experience with OYO even after making multiple calls.
I have booked one oyo room at Capital O 85376 @ Kabita Guest house on 18.11.2022 but once I reached the property they told us they cannot permit check in. We tried to contact oyo call centre but no one responded, then we booked the same hotel with 3x price that too for a small non ac room. We have again tried to contact oyo to register our complaint. Even after talking with oyo representative for around 20 minutes they were unable to provide any suitable resolution, they are only telling me to shift to another property. Oyo will choose property of their choice not ours?? This is pathetic customer service.

Bad experience with oyo. I booked a room for my family from 31th oct 2022 to 1th Nov 2022 and payment made in full before check in. Once we reached the hotel, the receptionist refused to give us the rooms. They said no room was booked, oyo didnโt help me with the room. Need refund of my money. Booking ID: BM4Y9626.

I have booked rooms through OYO app. Booking was done successfully by paying initial amount booking date is 25 oct to 27 Oct 22. After some days I have received the payment tiny URL to pay the remaining amount through OYO app. So I have paid the amount but hear is catch they have generated new booking on the same days with same hotel without confirmation or accepting terms and conditions, without selecting dates, hotel, area directly book the rooms. Booking date was 02 OCT 22. I have tried to reach service desk but there IVR system is again fraud it will not allow to reach service desk executive so only option left with room booking executive. So I have connected to one female executive but she is not able to view the booking ID which I have created previously and she told me that she will create new booking for the same hotel on same date 25 Oct to 27 Oct and created proxy payment through Google pay and ask me to pay the amount and previous booking will be cancelled amount will be credited in 7 working days. This was again trap. After 7 days I have not received refund amount so I have again connected with booking executive and inform me that as per Oyo policy they can’t refund the amount.
