To whom it may concern,
I still cannot talk to Ms. Lea Aparente the manager or the Service Center in Metropolitan Ave. I waited FOR three (3) hours in the phone just to speak to her because Ms. Jenny Barangcel, Ms. Jocelle Castro, Ms. Empress and the other officers of the day, cannot tell me when my phone will be fixed. I gave my phone to the Service Center on the 2nd week of July. It is now the end of September. It is obvious that Ms. Barangcel and Ms. Castro, are obviously preventing me from speaking to Ms. Aparente. Either that, or Ms. Aparente refuses to perform her duty as a manager, of speaking to irate customers when things go wrong. I will be filing a formal complaint against Ms. Aparente and will be reporting the service center to the DTI.
To whom it may concern,
I called your service center located at the Ground Floor WSI Corp. Center 1005 Metropolitan Ave. Corner Kakarong St., to ask for an update of the repair of my Nokia 530. Ms. Helen, your officer of the day told me that there was still no advice on when my phone will be fixed. May I remind you that I sent my phone for repair in the second week of July. At the time, I was told by Ms. Arlene that the parts will be available sometime in August. When I called on the second week of August, I was again told that the parts might be available at the end of the month (August). It is now the end of September, and my phone is still not fixed. Everytime I call, I am always told by Ms. Jenny Barangcel and Ms. Jocelle Castro that they cannot inform me when my phone will be fixed. What is worse is that Ms. Barangcel and Ms. Casto deliberately prevent me from speaking to the Manager Ms. Leah Aparente. I don’t know if Ms. Aparente refuses to speak to irate customers as a matter of policy or if she just willingly allows her underlings not to do their jobs. I waited on the phone for Ms. Aparente for Three (3) hours because I am fed up with Nokia’s lack of action with my phone. All I want is to speak to her and get a response which I cannot get from the other employees. If I do not get to speak to Ms. Aparente, I will be filing the proper complaints against her (and the Nokia Service Center) in the head office and with the DTI.
To whom it may concern,
I sent my Nokia 530 for repair to the Nokia Service Center, located at the ground floor MSI Corp Center, 1005 Metropolitan Ave. Corner Kakerong Makati City, last 22 July 2015. When I first spoke to the Officer of the day, I was told that the parts will be available on August. When I called back on the second week of August, the Officer of the day told me that they were advised that the parts may arrive at the end of the month, but they could not promise that the phone will be repaired by that time.
Every time I call to ask for the status of my phone, your staff always tell me that they don’t know when the parts will be available, and that they cannot tell me when my phone will be repaired.
Finally when I called yesterday, 24 September 2015, to speak to the Manager, Ms. Leah Aparente, I was told by Ms. Jenny Barangel, Ms. Jocelle Castro, and the Officer of the day, that Ms. Aparante (or whatever the Manager’s name is) could not speak to me, because she was allegedly in a closed door meeting.
I really wanted the service center to fix my phone, so I insisted on talking to the Manager. I waited for three hours on the phone but to no avail. The line even went dead at 5:30 pm. All the officer of the day could tell me was they still did not know when the parts for my phone will be available. (Hence, the need to speak to the Manager) This is the first time in all my years in dealing with Customer Service reps, that I’ve been prevented from speaking to the Manager. It’s the Manager’s job to speak to the customers when things go wrong and when the staff can’t help.
I suggest that you get new customer service employees and change your managers. Or at least train them to show even a semblance of care for your customers.
I will be calling the service center again, and if I don’t get to speak to the Manager, and have my phone repaired, I will file a formal complaint with the DTI. Thank you for your lousy service.
I would like to replace the entire housing of my nokia x2-00 because I treasure it very much. Do you have a stock available for this unit? If yes, where can I find it. Thanks.
How do I get / buy tiny USB cable for transfering photos from my NOKIA 2680 mobile phone?
I bought nokia 108 dual sim, after a week i can no longer use it. No screen display, totaly black. I already charge the battery but when i turn it on, still no screen display only the light at the keypad blinks. I bring it back to the store where i bougth it, after a month they fixed it. I used it for more than a week but sadly, no screen display again. I’m about to bring it back to the store but i already lost the receipt. Too bad.
My Nokia E5-00 has this backspace key that doesn’t click well anymore, & a case (not housing) that has a minor crack near the volume rocker. The crack reaches almost to the screw. I know this is already out of warranty but I am willing to pay the price for having those minor defects repaired. Could any of the Nokia Care centers repair it? With the proper charges, of course.
Thank you.
I have tried various key combos to reset, while in fully off and while on the logo and battery screens. After I hold for +20 sec and let go, it vibrates then tries to start up. None of these fixes anything. I am using Volume Down and Power Button.
So I left it on the replacement Lumia’s charger overnight and it still sits on the at&t screen during boot. I also put it on a Apple iPhone charger, which it 5v 1A, and it eventually drained all the way to where only the keys would light up.
The one thing I noticed, is that the lumia responded differently to each charger. Some would get it to the batter screen, then reboot. Some would get it to the at&t screen, then reboot.
I tested the output of each charger by using the Nokia Diagnostics tool with my new Lumia. Most were 4.020~ volts and 200-400 mA, including the Apple charger.
The Lumia 900 charger rated around 4.020~ volts and 500-700 mA.
I have a Onda Android tablet charger that was 5.2v 1A, but rated at 4.065 volts and 700mA. That didn’t work either.
Hi, my Nokia c3-00 has lots of scratches but is still working well. I want to replace the entire housing with original one, front, middle, back, battery cover and keypad. I bought Nokia C2-00 last November 5, 2012 @ nokia gaisano mall davao, but when i go home i observed my new cellphone casing have something wrong. I took it for replacement, but was shunned off by the customer service who said I need to go to the Nokia service center. It is unfair. It was not even 24 hours after I got the new phone. After I went to the service center, they said it will take 2-3 weeks. It is unbelievable.

Nokia Customer Care
To whom it may concern.
This is to raise my concern pertaining my Nokia X3-02 repair at your Nokia Customer Care Ali-Mall Branch located at Cubao, Quezon City.
I had bought such unit last Nov. 9, 2011 at SM Marikina Cyberzone. In just after 6 days, my wife encountered a problem where she was unable to receive or send text messages, unable to receive or make calls, and even balance inquiry on her Smart SIM. Since I have a doubt and think that maybe the problem might be on the Smart SIM; considering all of stated defects are SIM related problem; I then replaced her SIM with my Talk n’Text. But unfortunately the symptoms still eixsted. To avail of its 1 year warranty package, I brought the unit to the nearest Nokia Customer Care last Nov. 18, 2011 which is at the Ali-Mall QC. In just after a day I receive a text message from the branch stating that I can already pick-up the unit. Referring to the report, Mr. Leonardo Medina the talented technician had updated its software and indicates that the unit is now OK. I claimed and was attended by Mr. Ronald Casoliwho was acting as a cellphone expert that time upon giving me instructions on what to do and what not to do on the unit and talking to me just like I am his “buddy” where had treated me as a stranger not a Customer.
While at work and way back home I unexpectedly encounter again the same problem and to observe carefully I used to add load on my SIM Card to conduct call and text testing and likewise confirmed that the unit X3-02 was not totally repaired. On the second time I again left the unit last Nov. 20, 2011 so that your technician could further check and do the necessary repair. Again day after, I received the text and upon claiming and reviewing the report, the talented technician again conduct software upgrade with notation of Unit OK.
As expected since the same repair was done the problem had not solved. Although there are times that it works properly, there are also times that the defect had occurred and such case was observed intermittent. On the third time, I left again the unit last Nov. 23, 2011 and on this time Mr. Benjie Constante (OIC accrdg to them) was the one who assisted me. He requested me to left my own SIM Card for them to observe better and since I was confident that they can fix the recurring problem through this I had included my Talk n’Text Sim on the phone. As explained to me, they will observe the unit and will send to their head office and after a week, they will return it. But to make sure that they will now pay double attention in observing the problem, I left a note to the acknowledgement form and that was, “I will not accept the unit if the same repair will be done.”
I waited until Nov. 29, but still I had not received any feedback so I decided to call your customer care hotline located on upper portion of the acknowledgement form and Mr. Arnold had answered my call. This conversation had upsetted me as he cannot give any update on my query, because as per him, he could not connect to Nokia Customer Care, Ali-Mall and we just ended on his phrase, “sige po tatawagan ko na lang kayo after ko tumawag sa kanila.” But, hours passed no response from that “very responsible nokia customer care representative”. As I take my 1 hour break, I immediately drop by at that service center and as the attendant viewed my page, she claimed that my Nokia X3-02 was at their head office and still under observation. As the fact that I have nothing to do with it, I just requested her to just return my SIM Card on Friday (Dec. 02, 2011) and she confirmed my request.
I drop by again on the said day then Mr. Benjie again was the one who attended me. As what had agreed I asked for my SIM at the same time the status of the repair. This time he had revealed that my unit was not send to their head office. Instead its just the talented technician who had observe it for ten days. And based on his findings which was encoded on my page, my unit have no problem at all. And told me also that actually they had already texted me today to pick-up the cellphone, but upon viewing my cellphone no text message from them was received. He also added that it was because the talented technician had already received missed calls and text messages on that phone. Such statement had then hit my nerves! Yes, its true that it can receive calls and texts messages because actually I was the one who was making missed calls and text messages for me to monitor myself the unit whether it is already working properly or not. But does he viewed the acknowledgement form?. It is stated that the problem was intermittent, meaning recurring. Sometimes I can encounter problem and sometimes not. How he could easily tell that it has no problem just referring on missed calls and text messages it receives?! And by not attending to it closely? I had wasted my important time to endorse and claim the unit to them for 1 week, and I had also suffered ten days without my personal number just to give way for its repair, then just ended-up to this?! For his findings without enough basis. How irresponsible they are!!! To end-up the transaction and since I really need to leave, I get my SIM Card. At the same time, I had asked Mr. Benjie to please observe closely and attentively. Also to please update me on whatever their findings and whatever repair they should be done.
Last Dec. 05, 2011, I used to call again the customer care hotline and I had talked to Ms. Ella Custodio. As per her my unit is still under observation, and they used Sun as operating network. But as I asked her until when, she just told me that it was just stated on my page that the unit was observed from morning until evening. I had just come-up to think that they should do this on the first day as I left it. Not after they had left me hanging upon waiting for their feedback. Not after they had let me believed that they had send the unit to their head office. It was already 20 days that passed since I first left the unit and I think this is already a very long time for observation and for repair of a responsible technician. Last Dec. 06, I finally got my unit and the work done was still software upgrade. As usual since I think it’s the only kind of repair they can do on whatever trouble a phone that could encounter. And of course to the fact that I have nothing to do with it, I just accept it and hoping that I could no longer encounter the same problem.
I choose Nokia brand because since I had started from 3310, 8210, 6101, and until my last nokia unit which is 6280, I had proven its worth for its prizes. Also with my newly bought Nokia C2-03 where I have lots of expectations, but after experiencing the inconvenience that had brought to me not only by this Nokia X3-02 but also by the Nokia Customer Care, Ali-mall Cubao Branch staffs, I couldn’t tell today if on my next time of purchase of cellphone I will still choose the same brand.
Thank you,
