I have purchased two tablets for my parents BUT they have a major issue. when I want to make a video call using Telegram or What’s app, the screen rotates and makes it hard to use these apps. When I hold the tablet in a horizontal position, the screen rotates and my image is vertical, but when I hold the tablet in a vertical position, the screen rotates and my image is horizontal. I even tried locking the screen rotation in the setting of the tablet, but the screen keeps rotating. It’s impossible to video call since the images are rotated.
I have purchased a computer online in August. It was a model off the shelve that was to be shipped in a matter of days.
It appears they didn’t have it stock and told me it would be 2 weeks max. I couldn’t wait so I cancel my order. It worked in part since they didn’t ship, but still 4 months later, I am struggling to get my refund. I spoke to 3 different agents, and they always say credit will come, but it doesn’t.
I will have to turn to legal action, so thanks for sharing their legal address.
I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with Lennova. Ordered a lap top on Sep 11th and is yet to come. They had forgotten to include the custom clearance documents. We were able to contact them after long hours of wait over the phone and they said they will send the paper work. we haven’t got it as of today. I am trying to reach and speak with a live person since this morning. I am very much disappointed and my son needs it for his studies which started a month ago. It is a shame that we invest so much of money and yet not able to receive the lap top.
Great computers, atrocious customer service. Had an issue while attempting to order a new Yoga (my 4th from them and had an issue with every order) and it was above the sales associate abilities so I asked for a manager. After a long time on hold I was told the sales manager was unavailable but he would call me back within 48 hours. The call never happened. Called in to Customer Service looking to escalate the issue with a Customer relations manager and wasted another frustrating hour on the phone with just a regular agent. When she could not put me through I asked to speak to a customer service manager, and after more on hold time was told they were on another line but would call me right back… I rescheduled my customers so I would not miss that call and wasted the rest of the day, still no return call. Every time I have purchased directly from Lenovo I get broken promises and a ridiculous amount of my time wasted on hold. While I have been waiting for them to get back to me, 2 of the promos have ended and one of the yogas is now out of stock. Seriously wondering why they deserve my money.
I was on a call with customer service because the Lenovo c365 wouldn’t play video through my HDMI port. I asked to speak to a manager and customer service assured me the person i needed to talk to was busy but was able to call me back within the next 2 hours. I had no choice but to agree since she would not let me talk to her supervisor or boss. After 2 hours had passed I tried to call Lenovo and the phone number said that the company was only open from 9am to 9pm. I finished talking to the representative at approx. 820-30 and she never said anything about the company closing within the next 30 minutes.
I’m incredibly unhappy. I bought a product that does NOT work and have had 2 of the worst experiences in my life trying to get some help from your customer service/support staff.

Hi I would like to find out if it is possible to upgrade RAM from 4 to 8 GB on Lenovo Twist s230u with i5 processor and 500 GB and Win 8 Pro. I will appreciate the answer as well as the instruction on how to open Twist to add RAM. Its so difficult to find any info online on this product.
I ordered and paid for a computer 2 weeks ago. I am having a serious problem with the courier company. They will only deliver during business hours and I am at work during that time. I am in and out of different client offices all day so I am not in one place.
They told me to wait at home today and after waiting for more than a half a day I had to go to work. I lost a half a day pay because of this….approximately $800!
They are rude to me and uncooperative. I just need it delivered any time after 5:30 during the week or on a weekend. I don’t see how that is such a big deal. All they have to do is deliver a package…how hard is that?? They have tried to deliver to my house during the afternoons 3 times now all at the same time….and each time I call, wait on hold for 30 minutes and to tell them that there won’t be anyone home…but they just keep coming at that time. I am not able to pick it up at a transfer station…that is why I purchased it online to begin with…otherwise I could/should have just gone to a store.
I have now lost work and had too much aggravation for something I could have purchased from future shop in 5 minutes. This service is horrible and now I am very nervous about doing business with your company. This is a large purchase for me and I will be running my entire business on this machine and I need to know that I am dealing with a reputable organization. So far my costs (losses) are almost at the value of the computer plus my aggravation.
I am also going to lodge a complaint with the President at Lenovo and also with UPS…they should be aware of how a “convenient service” gets shattered when you outsource a part of the process and you don’t pay attention to it.
I happen to be a management consultant specializing in process design for customer service operations. You need a consultant very badly.
You need to call the customer service support and place a complaint on this. If still it is not dealt, you can escalate this with senior authorities.
