My complaint is against the Berkeley Hyundai Panchkula. In the Year 2018 December I submitted the car due to the accidental damage and raised the claim for the insurance. I was been told that I will be getting my car back in the month of Feb 2019 which was completely fine with me. However When I received the car I noticed my starring Buttons were not working (Even after the accident they were working fine) as it used to be. I immediately called back the customer support and they assured me that the buttons will be taken care of. I was quite happy with the same, However when I went into the service center they told me that I will be charged 2K for the same as the wiring or the buttons needs to be changed. I said that I am not going to pay for the same. They stated to come after a week as they need to order the buttons and I was okay for the same thinking that I will be getting that fixed. However after that I never received the call back from the customer support. And now in the month of June 2020 I received a feedback call for the same and at the same time I informed about my problem and again I was given the assurance that it will be taken care of. I also had the voice in the engine after the accidental damage however it was also never taken care of. I request the Hyundai to take care of the things as it is becoming too frustrating for me after every service I never got a proper service after paying the huge amount to the company. I have never got my car repaired from outside even for the washing. I dont know how much you guys are going to take this in a serious way but I still have the faith in hyundai. Thanks
I want to file a formal complain against hyundai service centre Ghaziabad. After service of my care i observed my car is not running as smooth as it was earlier. steering was bit hard and getting stuck somewhere. since it was serviced hours ago so i thought will take some time to take its real shape but condition of steering getting worst day by day. I have called up multiple times for the same problem but i did not get response. Despite of multiple call no body bothered to respond.
We blindly trust hyundai just because of the service, quality and commitment been promised to customer but seems all just wrong.
The condition of steering has reached to its worst level and multiple times it got stuck. there is always a accidental problem and threat to life.
I m greatly disappointed by the after sales services provided by hyundai to his valuable customers . Last year i purchased verna 2018 model on 10 jan 2018. And after 6 months my car have an issue of starting problem as battery discharges within 2-3 day then i went to barkley chandigarh service centre their behaviour anoyed me how they are making fool of mee from that time till today they just send me to amaron vendor at sec 28d chandigarh sco 132 and vendor asked that your car has a fault and on the other side company told me that its battery problem sonin this way they are anoying me from one year . I personally suggest those who want to go for hyundai cars be aware they are just fooling people there promises are nothing so better go for maruti cars
I have purchase Grand i10 TN10BB6612 on 26th Jan 2018. From day one itself, facing the problem on Handbreak and Reverse gear shifting. I have informed service centre about the issues, no one is ready to take care of the problem. Finally i have sold my vehicle in 10 months. which made me and my mind not to purchase Hyundai cars. I have pleasure that I became part of Hyundai family again.But I have regret to inform you about my bad experience what I have been facing now.
I have purchased Hyundai xcent sx model car on 19/11/2018 from mcp Hyundai showroom, Vellangallur, Thrissur, Kerala, India. Before two days,some problems have arised in my car regarding car door locking system.
First of all, compare to other three doors, one door has some tight issue. Secondly, I noticed after running the car, central lock is not working properly.
Inorder to fix the problem I spoke with sales executive and based on his suggestion I reached in their Hyundai authorised service center with my car.
Without checking my car, your representative told me that, he has to remove the door parts to check the issue for knowing that whether anything broken inside the car and it requires more time to analyze the problem. Then I asked him about door tight issue and he told me about 10000 km first service procedure. So that he is able to apply greece for smoothening door actions.
Your represetative knows very well that I have purchased the car before two weeks only and my car runs maximum of 300 km too.
I have returned back without repair and I am disappointed.Because I couldnot find an experienced employee with proper uniform.But I could find very unprofessional employees who have lots of confusions about features of my car.
I have been running authorised franchisee of reputed electronic products service.As every customer I also expect basic standards and parameters for your reputed authorised service center,not like local workshop.
Kindly suggest immediate solution from experienced hands to handle the issue.Below I have attached details of my vehicle.Please respond promptly,I will wait before seeking help from another source.

1. Please refer your Hyundai Borah Agency(Tinsukia,ASSAM) service centre Repair Order No – R201706885 & R201706885 dated 12 Oct 2017.
2. It is intimated that I the undersigned had provided my car HYUNDAI i20 Magna(White) Regd No CH 01 AQ 8891 (VIN- CM414589) to this Authorised service Centre on 9 Oct 2017 with the following problems & to carry out the 30000km periodic servicing. The following were the additional works that were described my me to the service Advisor present there
a) Abnormal sound of engine throttle when switching on the AC & car reverberating.
b) Mechanical screeching sound from the clutch on depressing.
c) Cleaning of AC filter & duct.
d) Change of Txn & Engine Oil.
e) Denting & painting of the Lt Rear door and minor scratches on the front rt panel above wheels.
3. Apart from this is was general check up at the prescribed Mileage as per the maintenance manual and the washing and cleaning (as the car had been extensively run from Nashik to Tinsukia recently. The promised date of receipt of my car as per the Service Advisor (Mr. Anjan Dutta)was 1700h on 11 Oct 2017.However I went to collect the car on 1400h on 12 Oct 2017at the agency .
4. To my utter surprise the car was in a Pathetic shape , Interiors of the car were not cleaned, the door sides had dust & grease, paper bits lying on upholstery , Ac duct were full of dust , rear Boot space had cobwebs, Dents on the front rt side not cleared wheel disc and wheels dirty , and almost the same condition under the bonnet .The entire texture of the car was rough from the outside
5. A text message was received by me on 11 Oct at 1500hrs to collect the car within 45 min on the same date. & this was the standard of servicing that I saw the next day ie after 24 Hrs of the agency calling me for collection of my car.
6. Your Service advisors were not able to explain the condition the car was in and on pointing out the works specified & not carried out the look on the face of the manager & the individual was as if ( What am I supposed to do for this !!!!!).
7. The car was again taken to the workshop for a quick wash (rather EYE WASH..) further delaying me by an hour.On starting the car by me the car had the same problem as before with engine sound variation and on driving the car for a km the car had the same sound from the clutches , which was confirmed by the service advisor on my insisting to drive the car by himself.
8. A beautifully typed Bill of the work done for an amount of Rs 11034/- was presented to me and to which I made the payment without any argument. Now I fail to understand the following :
a) Does the higher reps or managers of the agency even care to supervise the work or they keep sitting n their air cooled offices?
b) Do the staff really know the work in a authorized service centre?
c) Is this the way a car is serviced at an authorized service centre?
d) Is this how Hyundai reps shamelessly provide the bill & make it a MONEY MAKING AGENCY than a service centre?
9. I had given the car in an authorized centre to get complete satisfaction of the work on my car , but this harrowing experience from your agency had made me think twice ,& now I feel a local garage mechanic would have done 100 times better work that these fools of yours sitting in your agencies without any remorse.
10. You are requested to please ensure such lackadaisical attitude of your staff does not harm the reputation of the brand name . As for me I have lost faith in your HYUNDAI brand and would reconsider while buying another car for self or my family or friends now.
11. Please clarify as to , will I be assured of any repair from the agency for the mechanical defects after this incomplete servicing of yours or should I approach some other firm . An early reply is awaited please.

I am a huge fan of your products and company and I have liked almost every car that you have manufactured. These cars are stylish, durable and easy to maintain. But this email is to appraise you of an incident which happened with me on Monday, 7th September, 2015 when I had given my Hyundai XCENT for service at Mahadev Hyundai located on NHPC Chowk, Mathura Road Faridabad. Even though the car was serviced properly, when I was taking back my car, I found that the radio antenna from the car was missing. I enquired about the same from the service attendant, he refused to acknowledge my concern and said that the car was dropped without the antenna. I asked him to enquire from the Security Guard, but he came back telling me that there was no antenna from the beginning.
I noticed that there were CCTV camera installed in the premise and I asked him to check the video recording. After going through the recording, he acknowledged that the antenna was there at the first place and it was stolen by someone from within the premise. I even asked him to find out who did this, but he refused to tell me about the culprit and instead told me a new antenna would be delivered at my house the next day. After repeated followups on Tuesday from those guys at service center, I have received the part today (09/09/2015) at 18:30 hrs.
It keeps me wondering, had I not noticed the antenna, you would never have acknowledged that the antenna was missing due to your fault. Likewise, every customer hands over their car to a genuine Hyundai service Center, instead of any local dealer / mechanic, thinking that their car is in safe hands, but actually this is not the reality. There may be other parts of the car which could have been stolen and customer may not see that part missing as we are only seeing the end product (i.e. driving). Also to add on to this, EVERY TIME a car is taken for servicing, an entry is made on the job card which indicates what all accessory is present in the car, how much fuel is there, marks those points if there are any dent etc etc. But I have never come across ANY TIME wherein Hyundai validates these points while returning the car back to their customer. Why??? You are charging your customers such hefty amount of money, be it for Spare parts or Labour and the customer pays for it, because of trust in your work. But I am sorry to say, I have started to have negative feelings about your company now which shall be replicated to everyone I know.
I as a customer need an explanation to my above questions and need to know what steps would be taken in order to stop such thefts from a genuine Service Center.
