This is the worst service in Bhubaneswar. I gave a complaint about the new remote but but the customer service personnel repaired the old remote and did not give me the new remote. Its really only for money motive not for service motive. I think this company should be closed.

I never knew the insensitive nature of Haier team support in Noida.
1st complained on 15 April. Then on 25th April and again on 8th May.

Installation of TV ON WALL is due over 6 months with a LONGER Socket so that hand inserted in between wall & TV back side! Local service stn. says no longer socket will be available! how to hang TV?
Haier offers poor after service in VIJAYAWADA. I purchased a LCD 32 inches TV 18 months back, it is dead now. I am contacting haier customer service executive since 15 days there is no proper response. Even contacted rajesh (8686246874), he is the manager in charge in vijayawada and he dont know anything regarding tvs. Once he said mother board has problem and took 3000 as advance to replace the mother board, after one week he came with a small board and said its not mother board but it is something else.

I purchased Haier LED tv 32′ two months back. Salesperson told that within 24 hour service will be provided if any problem occurs. Since TV was not working, I registered a complaint same day. Nobody turned up for 3 days. Only after calling service person several times, one person visited. He opened TV and told that Power supply Board has been damaged. Apparently now there is no stock. He said within 3 days it will come. But, it is now more than 9 days, nothing has happened. I called several times on phone, but of no use. Very very poor service. Irresponsible persons are working in Customer service department. I never seen such a poor response anywhere.

There was some problem in my TV and contacted your customer care in Kannur,kerala. They have taken my TV and returned it after one week. Within 2 days it was again not working and even being a sunday I contacted Sandeep,Ph No.9656229199 and told him to get it repaired urgently. Since morning, I have made 10 phone calls and no one is giving a proper reply. This is not my first experience with haier service centre like this. You are keeping irresponsible staff.
Two years back, i have purchase an 1.5 ton AC for my residence. Last year i got it serviced from Haier people. This year i feel some problem in cooling so i informed Haier customer care through their toll free number for service and less cooling. Their technician visited my house in day hours (I was out that time) and just clean the AC by throwing some water on the unit. The problem remain same.
Again i requested to resolve my problem through toll free number, they register my complaint vide HAR127200002 (20th July’ 2012}. Till 21/7 evening, no on e call me to fix the visit, in the evening – when i called at their local Panipat servive center number – they said – we are senfing our person in next one hour. Person visited and unfoutunayely – that time there was no power. After 10 minutes, he said that he will come back on Monday (23/7/2012) around 0945. Technician visited my house on 23/7/12 in noon and by-chance that time again there was no power. Earlier also – a have advised him to confirm withl me about power and this time again – i advised him for the same. He promise me that my problem will be resolved today only (23/7/12) but no-one has turned up.
It is very un-ethical and totally un-professional approach.
We have purchased 5 small refrigerators on Feb 3, 2012. All these fridges are not working now. Lodged complaint on June 8, 2012, Till date not rectified. Once technician visited and informed Gas to be refilled. Not yet returned with gas. We have totally lodged 5 complaints for all these 5 fridges. Contacted several times customer care no use. Bangalore contact number provided is switched off and second number not reachable. More than one month since complaint lodged, no signs of service. When ever we call customer care response is our representative will call you. One of the poor after sales service company in the consumer goods industry.
I made a complaint with haier to repair my fridge on around 25th of June. I am a resident of Anand nagar colony, Hyderabad. Service person came and said it requires a digital board. He told that he would check with office whether the part is available. Next day he did not turn up. I tried to call him around 10 times but he did not lift the call. Once he lifted he said he is on leave. Funny thing is next day he closed the complaint. In that they mentioned that they called and I was not lifting the phone. The phone is with me and i never got a call from them. Haier is giving Very poor service. We called again to the customer care on 28th Jun12 and lodged the compliant again. They took the information and promised quick service. However we could not get any service. When we inquired on July 3rd the customer care service representative told that there was no complaint lodged. Haier personnel are not working responsibly. Will never again buy another Haier product.
I had purchased a fridge HRF 368E in Oct. 2005,since then it was working well. About four days back it was not cooling. I called to your service center technician in Aligarh. He told me that my fridge compressor was not working and they had to replace it. Your charges will be around Rs. 4500/-. I showed to another person. He told me that its only the overload part which is now defective. Service center person is not giving me that part. I have made a complaint at customer care.
By far haier would provide the worst service amongst consumer durables companies. 10 days back i gave a complaint saying my washing machine doesn’t work but nothing has been done about it… even worse the customer care says they cant handle my call due to a tech issue!!! This is just total apathy towards consumers… i hope you guys understand what it means for a working couple to not have a washing machine for 10 days!!!! Just shows the sorry state of affairs in you company… I am sure you guys must be reaping pot loads of profits out of our hard earned money!!! God bless you and your service!!! I wouldn’t recommend haier to even my worst enemy in life!!!
the service is more than worst in Shillong. I have lodged complaint so many times with their Guwahati office also. It seems that they are helpless.
I purchased a washing m/c less than a year ago but it has been out of order for more than two months now. Your mechanic visited initially and demanded Rs.875/- for replacing the part. When protested I was quoted Rs.550/- and finally Rs.300/-. The mechanic brought the cover of a different colour which was not matching and promised to come next day. He never came.

I had purchased haier Window A/c model in 2009 ,the machine developed some problem and I had lodged a complaint on your customer care last yer and the compressor got changed. This year again the same problem, your engineer attended the call and informed me that the compressor again got the defect and it has to get changed; on 2-06-2012 again the new compressor got installed and after 10 minute that compressor stopped working .Further I was informed that there is no compressor replacement available. After a lapse of more than 15 days the problem is still unsettled. Hence i am very much upset and had decided to take up the matter legally,Haier service is the most pathetic service possible & service staff most rude. My logged complaint number is GHA125280030.

I purchased a Haier LED Tv recently from Kohinoor, Thane. Two months after purchase, the TV started having issues. I called the customer service for replacement, but the technician has come and gone without fixing the issue. Poor service by Haier.
i purchased a haier 26 inch tv on exchange basis a year ago and when i brought it home, i found the sound being reduced to barely audible after connecting it thru my set top box, though through direct cable it was fairly okay sound. the haier technician came and checked it and said you get only that much sound (90 percent poor sound compared to other tv sets) now and the set top box is to blame. but i found the set top box to be okay and the that the tv was being sold for Rs 15,000 due to its sound fault. shame the way haier does business.
