I purchased ecosport 2 years back.Vehicle performance is excellent BUT Dealer Talera, Nigadi service is very poor. He never solved any problem. In recent 50000 KM service not a single concern rectified. I sent mail to Ford customer care team on 11th Dec 2018 but yet no response. Very pathetic service & spoiling the brand name by FORD Customer care team also.
I have Ford Figo Aspire 1.5 Diesel car. My question is, can I replace tyre with 15 inch tedious? And second thing, is there any scheme to upgrade my old version with new upcoming model of Aspire?
We are a FORD FIGO user for 6 years. For past two years our car has been giving some or the other problem which remains unresolved at FORD service centeres.
Very poor checks are being followed and basic things are also not being checked before delivery (after service).
Our car has been giving warning sign of coolant for almost two years now and every time we give it for service either at NOIDA FORD (or two times at GAUTAM BUDH FORD) car has been returned without resolving the problem. The warning sign returns within 1000-2000 kms of running.
Meanwhile NOIDA FORD has changed so many parts of the radiator of our car and they charged us extra for coolant for filling it every time though its them who are not able to resolve the problem. We have been paying exhorbitantly for serving of our car without any resolution of the problem.
It seems things are being worked on ‘HIT & TRIAL’ basis without any proper issue resolving approach
Hi.
I own a Ford Ecosport 2014 model in Mumbai, India.
This was my first brand new car purchase, and to my disappointment it has been giving me trouble from day one.
This car had this perpetual problem of jerking, which I tried to explain to the service centre almost 6 times during my multiple visits but when the service manager test drove the car he couldn’t pin point it, till after 2 years some “educated” service manager called me to tell me that my car was jerking, and this was when I had given up on this problem and had learnt to deal with it.
Then there was this ac fluctuation issues. There were days when it would work just fine, and days when it just wouldn’t cool, when I complained of it, I was told it is like this in all EcoSport’s. Till last month when my car had gone for some other issue to the service centre, was this error rectified. So even this problem I had to bear for almost 2.5 years.
Then comes the fancy seat covers offered. I selected the imitation leather covers which were sold and installed by the Ford service centre. They had this Eco Sport logo on it, hence I bought them. After 16 months of use, they started tearing up, so I got them removed, and to my horror, the service centre team had stitched it on to the original seats and when you remove the seat covers there are huge holes in the original seat. I told the service centre that why did they do such a thing and make such a big holes in the seat. They replied back saying that it is a standard process to have the seat cover stitched onto the original seats you keep it firm. So I told him that if they would have told me that it is going to have such big holes when removed, I would have told him not to put the seat covers. For which did not have any answer nor any regrets so i continue to drive this eco-sport with holes in the seat.
Finally this car has gone for a gearbox replacement and an actuator replacement in the last one year. Currently, while I am driving right now the actuator problem has arisen for the second time in less than one month and the car is jerking and the orange engine light is glowing. I have informed the service centre and they too are shocked and would like to include the Ford Motors HO to seek assistance.
So to conclude in the last three years of purchase I have never had a pleasant experience with this car and I don’t think going forward I would have any. I would like the headquarters of Ford Motors in America to refund my money in full and take their wonderful EcoSport back. And this time I have run out of patience and will take this matter to the consumer Court and splash it all over the social media.
I am reachable on [email protected]. And my mobile number you can get from the service centres, SK Ford and recently Kavish Ford both in Mumbai.
Ahmer.
I recently purchased Ford figo (Reg. No AP16w 1276) from your Ford dealer Lakshmi Ford, Vijayawada on March 2011. Performance of your vehicle is excellent, but service at your Vijaywada center is not satisfactory. The delivery of the vehicle is also not prompt.
I am eagerly waiting for the release of FORD ECO SPORT in India.
