This is in reference to my complained for faulty refrigerator. I purchased a Refrigerator on 4 Oct 2016, since then it has been giving me problems like only upper compartment cool (freezer) and bottom compartment not at all cooling. The service center has replaced many times parts like bimetallic sensor, heater timer etc. and service technician visited my place more than 9 times to attend the problems. Also bottom door was faulty later replaced.
Now again since July 2017 it’s not working with all the same problems bottom compartment not cooling at all. Many times booked complain for the same. Now I am not allowing them to open a workshop or replace same parts repeatedly at my place.
So I request you to arrange to replace the refrigerator with a new one.
I had sent letter to your office, but there is no response from your side till date. Your office has forced me to go to consumer court as I am left with no other option.
I purchased one washing machine model # A-7031 from your authorized dealer M/s. Manoj Electronics, daryaganj Delhi. recently it is not working properly.
Please advice how it will be OK and arrange to depute your technician at your earliest convenience.

I purchased one Split AC of 1.5 Ton of your company Electrolux in May 2015 last year, We took work from this AC only in the summers last year. And this was very shocking that when we again started it this year in April – May 2016 it was not working , we could not understand the reason.
Then we called your customer service person and asked them to thoroughly check the AC but your technician advised that GAS was leaked we asked him to properly check and rectify the error. He filled the gas and assured that Gas will not leak now and he resolved the issue and there is not such any issue in the AC. He did not provide US as acknowledgement and any document or any bill for the Gas filling. I want to inform you that all this was done under the Warranty Period. Your Technician did not show us the Empty and then filled Gas Level so we were not aware how much Gas was being filled. Moreover this problem was checked by your one technician on one day and after 1-2 days there was another person who filled the gas.
But Again shockingly it is only after one month of filling the Gas, the AC has started giving problem again and not cooling. I suspect this to be again the GAS issue but still not sure if there is any other issue. But according to your technicians it was earlier only the gas issue and there was no issue as they had thoroughly checked. I want to add that we also requested for service of our ac and your technician did the service also.
Today I called again for the issue now and your customer care official Mr. Furkan is telling me that charges shall be applicable.. I want to ask you why???
It means you are befooling the customers like us. My friend has Whirlpool AC from last 5 years and he did not experience this GAS issue. And in my case Gas is filled under Warranty and again problem is coming after a month. if now we find the Gas issue again, it means Gas was not deliberately filled properly.
Please arrange to send technicians to check the error and resolve it free of cost by noting the above said genuine facts. My Complaint No. is written above.

I Had purchased Electrolux Split AC Model : ES12M5C on 20 March 2016. (Attached receipt)
There was water leakage from Front panel and I had complained about the same to your call center on 24-04-2016 and Customer Complaint Number provided was EBLR1405160057 with a promise of resolving within 24-48 hours. Till date no one from the Electrolux Team or Service Engineer have attended to the complaint. I initiated a second complaint on 04/06/2016 and number was provided was – EBLR0406160079 . It’s been 60 days and not even an engineer has come to visit let alone resolve the complaint. I want full refund of my Bill and also would want to return this AC unit back as this is a faulty unit. The team does not care for consumers and are never serious in attending to complaints.
Just now I had received a call from Electrolux representative from +91 80-10469894. He was very rude and asked me why I have complained, I told him the complaint submitted was self-explanatory and he should help me resolve it rather than question me. He rudely told me that it’s his job and he has the power to reject the complaint and hung up on me saying he shall reject the complaint. If this is the kind of attitude I’m certain to go to District consumer forum to resolve this. Company executives should know how to talk to customers.
The most pathetic service I have ever experienced from any company.I had lodged a complaint No. EBLR1103160002 on 11th March,2016 with the company call centre for the repair of the 6 Kg Top loading Fully Automatic Electrolux (Model-Activecare) washing machine and have been following up since then, still it is not attended and they have turned a deaf ear. I wonder whether anybody should buy an Electrolux product ever ????
They do not keep any spare parts stock also and they don’t procure also. The regional service centre in Bangalore is hopeless and the the managers do not pick up the call or disconnect immediately, wonder why do they exist if they can not listen to the customers?? The mechanic also do the same. I got my machine serviced with a great difficulty just couple of months back with so many personal request to the mechanic, and they charged heftily. This time they are just not listening saying that there is some problem going on in service centre. Calls made to call centre also futile, they gave contact number of the regional service manager, he apparently tried to help but nothing has happened in past two weeks also after calling him. Lodging a case with the consumer court seems to be the only option now.

I have Electrolux washing machine (model – ultra care EW706DEWO). The lent filter of the machine broke last month. I registered a service request (emum1606140133). Your service engineer visited me within 48 hours and he declared that the rubber tube at the bottom of the machine which helps the tube to rotate is also not in a good condition and hence he will have to replace that also. He took out the rubber tube along with the lent filter and promised me to come back and replace both within 48 hours.
Then I didn’t hear from him for 4 days and when I called the customer care number, I was told that my service request has been closed due to unavailability of parts (lent filter in this case). Ideally, I was expecting a call informing me about this before cancelling my request even if there was no other way out. And I know for sure that the rubber tube is easily available in the market so atleast that should have been changed so that my machine would have worked a bit.
I once again placed a service request (emum0707140035) and when I didn’t hear anything from you guys, I called the customer service again and I was aghast to hear that I had been cancelled again. So here I am, with my machine not in working condition thanks to removing the rubber tube by the service engineer from Electrolux, and the company very conveniently refusing to even acknowledging my request.
I was travelling outside the country and came back yesterday. I have again placed another request (emum2907140089 – 3rd one for the same problem). I am hoping to get some sensible action by your company. And I definitely demand to get my broken lent filter back so that I can try and get it from open market.

I regret to state that I have purchased 6 pieces of Split Acs but till the date of installation there was no cooling I complained on 01.06.2014 and a complaint was booked and a phone call came to me regarding the complaint as I was out of station I requested him to visit on next day.
But I was shocked to see that even visiting the sight my complaint has been closed. Again booking the complaint on 08.06.2014 I was informed that gas filling was done in my AC its amazing that without a visit gas can be charged in the AC’s really a magic to be seen.

Today I tried to contact the customer care. Twice I was asked to wait for the rep. to come on line. But both the times after waiting for few minutes, the line got automatically disconnected. On the third try i got connected to a rep. but he declined to answer my question saying system updation is going on. How many of you have encountered similar problems.
Also there is no where the authorised service centers could be located on the net.
I purchased an AC in December last year and in May had sent an email for service. You replied that someone would call me from Goa and service it but unfortunately after waiting for a week no one came. I wish to get the same AC serviced. Kindly ask your service team to contact me o that the servicing can be carried out.
I purchased a double door freeze of electrolux before 4 years. Since day one, it has been giving problems. During warranty period also timer and other parts were change three or more times but still not working in a proper manner. I complained to Jaipur customer care office and your engineers visited my residence three times. Still the problem has not been resolved. Electrolux company customer service support is not at all satisfying.
I bought a Washing Machine in December 2011. The machine was found defective , one part of the machine was broken and water was flowing out. Complaint was lodged and complaint number was given. I have been following up every week with the service center, either they do not pick up the call or they say that the part is not available. Nothing has been done till date. I am occupying a place in my house with a defective machine. I made the biggest mistake of my life to purchase Electrolux product. This is the way they get rid of their defective products. There should be a system of giving demonstration at the time of purchase so that buyers are not hasseled later as i am going through. Electrolux is Pathetic.
The service request number is PLKW1309110012 dated 13/9/2011. Service technicians visited my place and found
that the PCB kit had short circuit. They said the machine model is quite old, with 9 wash programs (5, 10, 15, heavy soiled, silk, whites, bed
sheet, sari & eco.) They are not even able to find a solution or part to fix the problem.

dated 7May 2012. I was promised that the heater would be replaced
within a week at the cost of Rs.5500 only that too after bargaining.
Visiting charges also applicable. Nothing has been done as of now ,
and summer is at its peak. I will advise not to deal with this company because of their poor customer support

Have made first complaint on 23.4.12 ref EGZB2304120145, and i have paid Rs 1400.00 for filling of gas. But the fridge has stopped working after 10 days. I have again made a complaint on 15.05.12 vide ref EGZB1505120002 and again some engineers visited and told that timer and one product is damaged, and they replaced it and again i have paid Rs 1200.00. But the fridge dint start. Again complaint was made ref EGZB1805120107 and they changed another part and we kept paying.. I think your people are not able to detect the problem and you are looting the public.It is being done on trial basis and you keep changing the parts without caring the problems of the customer. Now again the fridge has stopped working and i have registered a complaint. The staff staioned at ghaziabad is very rude and the owner of the franchise did not heed even after personally going to the service centre twice. The ASM Mr Abhishek who is stationed there by your CO is also not looking at my problem. I have the full records and bills with me.

One agent of yours visited my house on the second day of the complaint being registered around 6.30 p.m. Since our building authority does not allow anybody inside after dark, so we asked him to come next day between 10-4 on which he said he does not work according to customer requirement as he works late so he would only be able to come late at my place as it is convenient for him. After several requests I came to know from your company that the agent reported “customer refused to have the work done”. When did I say this?
I have done a mistake buying an Electrolux product. Your after service is pathetic. It is really shameful if we have to use such forums to get our servicing of an A.C done.
We bought an Electrolux fridge in 2004. Ever since 2009 we have had problems with the fridge, the main one being that the freezer was not cooling most of the time, with ice , icecream and other liquids melting when most needed, and the fridge itself cooling very insufficiently. After repeated complaints( I have at least 6/7 complaint nos with the dates recorded) they sent a couple of incompetent technicians, who suggested that filling gas will solve the problem! We did that too at a cost of 3500/- with no difference, in spite of my husband telling them that , that does not look like a solution. After a lot of frustration we just lived with a minimally working fridge for the last 3 years. When I read in the papers a couple of days back that an Electolux owner from Chennai lodged a complaint with Consumer Court and won it, I decided to re start the issue. Yesterday , I did contact the toll free no(that had changed) they told me that all my previous complaints were not there at all! The audacity!! After filing a new complaint they sent somebody yesterday who gave us a totally new solution at the cost of 4500/-!! Now who is going to bear the cost of this? And where is the guarantee that it will be ok? We have been taken for a ride by Electolux and we are deciding to approach Consumer court with Electrolux’s totally unethical and unprofessional approach. We would advice others also to do this as we customers are always being taken for a ride.
The WORSE service will describe the companys motto. Please do not buy this product.
I have purchased a washing machine in Dec 2011. The machine has stopped working now. Despite repeated compaints to the service centre, I am not able to get the machine repaired. For the last 2 weeks I am getting the message that the part is not available with the company. This is really ridiculous and speaks volumes of the track record of the company. Request if you could arrange for the part asap.

I had purchased a double door electrolux refrigerator 4 years back. Since the date of purchase the refrigerator is not working properly. There is no cooling efect on the lower portion. The ice chamber is working very fast. But the vegetables and other cooked items are not preserved properly. Those get spoiled within one day. In between I have called several engineers and spent a lot. Someone got the timer changed while the other changed the motor. But those are not effective. I think the service engineers are unable to find the fault. Pl. send an expert and trained engineer so that it can be repaired at the earliest.
Purchased Electrolux refrigerator Model ER 600F Sr # 1935 on 4th March 2009 from M/s Vijay Electronics 4 Jayanti Market, Jaipur. This refrigerator worked satisfactorily for only around 1 year and after that it stopped cooling. I registered complaint on your service centre for repair on 3rd June 2010 comp # JAI 0306100397 and subsequent complaint # JAi 1606100255. The fridge was repaired twice and delivered to me but it did not work more than a week and 10 days. After this I made series of complaint in your toll free number and got different response.
Your customer care centre Incharge at Jaipur promised me for change of unit with difference to be paid by me and kept matter lingering for more than 6 months.
Today he has informed that nothing can be done in my case and we should do whatever we want to. This is not a proper response for customers behaving so adamantly and unpolitely and refusing proper service.
I am sorry to say that I had launched a complaint regarding my above said refreigerator on 09/04/2012 at customer care via reference No. EGUR0904120096, again on 11/04/2012 via Ref. No. EGUR1304120031 & again on 12/04/2012 via ref. No. EGUR1404120104.
Your Engineer visited my residence on 09/04/2012 replaced a part called timer and took service charges + part cost of approx. 1300 or 1500 Rs. but the refrigerator remain as it is (no cooling) then again he visited on 11/04/2012 & 12/04/2012 and just checked something with meter and made a false statement that it is repaied but the refrigerator remained as it is (no cooling).
Now on making a call repeativly to Mr. Deepak an engineer asigned for my complaint. he is not visiting / repairing the same.
I request you to personally look into the matter or else you will force me to take the matter into the Consumer Court.
Please respond immidiatly, speak to me on phone & get the problem resolved at the earliest.

Two complaints (EPUN 3003120138 and EPUN 2503120107) has not been attended till date. There is no response from call center or service people. They keep saying it will be attended in 24 hours. But doesnt help.
Electrolux care failed to attend the service for request number isETNA1303120116 dated 13/03/2012. Even after so many days time and repeated contacts/e-mails, no response. Its wash selector knob ( of washing machine) breaks frequently. And the Service Engineer charges Rs. 350/= as visit charge for the knob costing Rs. 50/=( Total Charge Rs. 400/=). Till now I have used Videocon and Samsung Washing Machines but never faced this problem.
My electrolux micro wave 2009 model is needing repair. I suspect it has problem in the heating coil. Kindly provide me the contact no of the athorised service center who can do the needful at Thane.

I purchased a Double door Electrolux Refigerator Model No:EDL 244C from one Nikshan Electronics, Kannur, Kerala on 18 Jun 2009, bearing PNC No;925040246 and SINo:093002158.That was replaced by another one after a week resulting sudden stop of the fridge. Mechanic from ( Maxi Care,Kollam, Kerala ph no: 0474-2760126) came on 09/5/2012 and told me that there is a block in the pipe so the compressor cant cool the interior chambers. When they delivered the fridge after repair on 17/5/2012, there is a weird sound, the water is over flowing from the collecting bin, both sides are more heating than before and there is no auto shutt off. Now please give me some guidelines to solve this, after complaining the mechanic came once again and told me that the sound will gradually disappear but he was not sure how many days it will take.
