Please note that I have one 1.5 Ton split inverter AC and purchased the same in April 2018. Its outdoor unit sometimes starts & sometimes not. So I raised a service request and one of your engineers came and he said that you need to change the PCB. Cost for the same he is saying as per below.

It’s really surprising that your AC maintenance cost is almost 20-30% of the AC cost. Further please clarify does it come under warranty as most of the companies are giving 5 years warranty on PCB.
I was having a plan to take 3-4 more AC of Daikin in my home & office but it seems I have to go for another brand.
I tried to call you at your Ahmedabad service center but nobody answer.
LOUSY COMPANY. LETHARGIC PEOPLE. DEPLORABLE SERVICE. There is no one here who responds positively. My AC is down since 15 days in this roasting heat. It took them 3 days to get a new PCB from Jaipur to Kota. And funnily enough, that PCB was faulty. Now they dont have a single PCB anywhere. After much talking they are trying to ARRANGE from Bangalore. God knows how much time they will spend in getting it from there as already 5 days have passed since then.

It is to inform & bring to your notice that I have had a very bad experience with DAIKIN after sales services that in future not only I will buy any DAIKIN product but will also advise others not to do so.
I purchased 1 no. GTC60SRV162 from auth Daikin Plaza. In the billing, it was mentioned FTC60SPV162 where as the box label mentioned FTC60SRV162. Unit was installed on 1st April17 & same time I called up the seller who has said technically both models are same so I shouldn’t worry. I called up toll free customer care nos where after few call drops & a waiting of more than 30 minutes, I got connected to an executive who took another 15 minutes to resolve this but couldn’t. Instead i was given an assurance that some senior will call me back soon but till date, I’m yet to hear from anyone. On my persistence I was given landline nos. 011-43834400/4500 but till date these nos only ring but no one picks up.
On April 3rd, I gave a missed call on 92101 88999 as per co.’s official website but no response. On April 5th, I submitted an enquiry form mentioning my issues but till date no response. Today, I gave abt 3 missed calls on 92101 88999, sent a SMS on 9210188999, called more than 10 times on 0124-4555444 but no one picked & even left a voice message on same no. but so far no response.
I even don’t know whether I hv bought the right unit or not or whether I paid for the correct product or inferior product….
This is DAIKIN. Shame on your customer care management.
I have used LG, Samsung, LLoyd, Carrier, Voltas & Blue Star AC’s but never faced any problem with support services or customer care but with DAIKIN, realised one thing that reaching on TOP is not only the criteria, sustaining their is the biggest challenge where DAIKIN has failed completely.
My house is getting constructed where my builder has proposed 31 nos DAIKIN units but now, NO CHANCE.
This cheating & poor service will cost you heavily.

MY service request no was DL2140601893. Some one contacted after 5 days and did not even bother to visit our house and said that the complaint was given to him after 5 days.
It seems that he has told the company that he visited and attended the complaint which is simply false. Shocked at the way customers complaints are attended by a renowned company like Daikin.We purchased 5 daikin Inverters in 2014 not knowing that this is the fate of the service. Will someone wake up in Daikin!
I purchased one 1.5t split ac on 3rd. June-12,installed on 5th june-12. Gas leaked within 10 day’s.Daikin service filled it free and pointed the installation fault . I called the dealer so many times to correct but not responded. Again gas leaked in August and daikin filled it free, again the same installation fault.I am regularly calling the dealer but no response.
From 5th July till date Daikin could not resolved the issue of our ACs which are under guarantee period . It seems consumer courts is the only answer.
I request all like minded to send details of their cases so that we can file complaint in consumer court.

I too have had serious problems with the servicing support provided by Daikin.
I bought 2 acs in Jan 2011 neither did I get the promised 3 services. One had a gas leakage on installation and the dealer refused to change the machine which was under warranty. The gas has leaked again within one year almost negligible usage and the dealer wants payment for filling the gas.
Daikin follows unethical practice in doing business. They are supposed to provide 3 free services during the first year. But there is a clause which they have printed on the warranty card which mostly goes unnoticed. They say that such free service is provided “on request”.
This is not the case with other companies which sell airconditioners. Recently I noticed that Daikin provided only one service during the warranty period and requested them to provide the balance services as per the contract. They refused to provide the free services which they are
supposed to provide and claimed Rs 1200/- towards service charge. When I pointed out that they were supposed to provide 3 free services. They replied saying that I should have requested for it. This is totally unethical and unfair. I intend to take up this issue with the District Consumer Forum.
DAIKIN CUSTOMER CARE EMAIL DOESNT RESPOND. POOR SERVICE, WORST SERVICE AGENCY!
We have wasted our 3 days because of 2 newly purchased Daikin machines being faulty. Both the machines are not working. Daikin service centers and installation engineers are making fool of us. Upon request for clarification, they are mis-behaving, mis-guiding, abusing. We are going to file case in consumer court against your poor service. We purchased Daikin split 1.5 ton AC on 29th May 2012, and we were very sure that a brand like Daikin would work absolutely efficiently.
But to my surprise, it never worked after installation. It cools for 5 minutes and then stops working automatically (only fan works/no cooling).
We have bought 2 machines, but after first machine is found faulty we did not install second unit. This is extremely disappointing. This leads us to loose faith on your band too. We will not have a new machine repaired. If we wanted to use a repaired machine, we could have bought a used machine from local market.
We want you to kindly pay your attention here immediately and replace the unit. We have gone through wastage of an efficient day, mental harassment and high disappointments.

Since last 15 days i am calling sai dealer of daikin in bangalore and daily these people promise to come. This is summer season and if i can’t use AC then what is the use.
I purchased a one ton daikin AC this month for pleasant sleep, now my sleep is gone. Buying single AC at the cost of two AC which is faulty one and their engineers are unable to solve that problem. They dont even care to replace it!!
