I have very recently purchased the D-Link 2750u wireless modem from Filpkart. The moment the modem is plugged onto the power, it heats up heavily. I am scared that it will burn, if continued in this fashion. Please provide a response indicating if this is acceptable. If not, what should be my next course of action.

So I have contacted customer service, my call attended by Mr.Akshay he understood the issue and gave ref ID i.e. IND141010284 then 2nd time when i called Mr. Heramb attended my call, and i appreciate his patience level. I have dlink wireless router. Some months ago I had set a password. But now it is not working properly. Router is working only when connected with cables. Now I want to connect another system through wireless but it can’t match password properly. How can i reset my password?
Bought a DLink Router (Model DSL-2520U) via Flipkart in June 2012. The product malfunctioned within the first month & was promptly replaced by Flipkart.
The replaced product went “dead” on 14th August 2012 & since then I have been trying to call Dlink’s Customer service, which puts you on hold for 3+ minutes & then tells you that all their executives are busy & that you should email your problem. Tried their Live Chat support, but again the same problem.
I have already sent the email with the issue, but haven’t received any response after 24hrs.
It seems Dlink has a “zero tolerance” policy for customers having any complaints!! If this issue does not get resolved/addressed in another working day, then I shall have no other option, but to drag these guys to Customer Court, where they shall have to not only replace/repair the product, but also pay the costs incurred by me.
Recently i purchased DLINK dwr113 router for my house. I already have a Lan connection wich is working. Now i want to make it wireless. I tried to connect to wan port but I still cant access net.
