I have never in my life had such a problem with making a payment with any company like I have with Skype. They just don’t make that transaction easy. They will not refund the money I have on file with them after all the frustration of attempting to make a payment. It’s like they don’t want to get paid. I have will let my account expire and will NEVER again deal with Skype. What a RIP OFF!!!
I don’t know how to tell you any nicer, Please stop withdrawing from my account, you have no authorization. You contacted me after I contacted you telling you to cease and desist and you still withdraw which only means your actions are intentional. I have reported you to RIP-OFF and SCAM as well as the attorney generals office in my state. I will be contacting the federal government to file an official complaint. Maybe the little money you are stealing does not mean anything to you but it means a lot to me especially be I do not utilize your site for anything and the records will show it. I want my money returned to my account for the last five months you have withdrawn without my permission and I want any future contact halted as soon as possible.
Like those people, Skype took out $8.99 from my account. I have no idea why since I never even used their service with pay. This is definitely a fraud. I will go to my bank and ask them not to let them withdraw from my account anymore.
I have a problem with connecting my Android Table to Skype. As I have payed two times $16.00 via Paypal with out any luck. I would like, that you credit me the $32.00 to my account.
I have been contacted by my bank that you have submitted 3 charges to my account in the amounts of $10.08, on 12.01.13. This is fraudulent as I have not authorized SKYPE to access my bank account for any reason. Monthly 2500 min is what I am using.Is there any customer service number or email I can contact in order to get specific answers regarding my subscriptions?

I am in the process of being charged $30.48 for Skype Communications that I didnt authorize or have not used. I dont understand why my debate card is being charged for this. It says that it is pending authorization as of 12/24/2012. I need to get this fixed, anyone know how to take care of this?

When i try make a call on mobile it’s asking for skype credit as i have subscribed to 2500 min/month but when i check my account it shows the following message: “Your subscription has been suspended as you have exceeded your allocated free minutes.Your free minutes will start again on Dec 18, 2012.”

I continue to get “I/O error” when I sign on. It says to quit skype and when I do, the system file comes up. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled skype several time and still can not sign in. I am stumped as to why it is not working?

Last week you attempted to fraudulently extract funds from my bank account which was prevented by my bank. I credited my Skype account with £23 and turned off the automated credit function. Today you fraudulently removed €50 from my bank account, but have not credited my Skype account. You have now turned off my account. The ridiculous way you manage this process is that I have to sign in to find out what has happened and I cannot sign in because my account is suspended.
There is no way I can talk to anybody in Skype not can I send an email. This email address I found on the web so I hope it works. If I don’t get action from you ASAP I will have to report the fraud to the police.
I bought a 10.00 credit it charges me 25.00 twice so I have been charged 50.00 to my credit card. I dont need 50.00 talk time help!!!!! Who do I need to contact?

I was charged $35.48 on 11/4/2013 . I am not sure why I was charged that . I am only looking for a basic plan to talk with one person for a few minutes a couple of times per week. Please refund the charges that are not applicable. I was under the assumption it was $9.99 per month

My name is Nina Jones. I have tried to set up a skype account from my home PC. After completing the details i.e. my name, birthdate etc I get the message that I am not eligible for a skype account. Could this be because I had a skype account in my name when I was with my last employer, Eden Africa. I cannot recall my skype name, but I must have registered my birthday. Is this perhaps why I cannot register an account again?

My calls through Skype from my cell phone to land lines abroad proved to be an unclear connection.
I decided to end my monthly payment to Skype through PayPal but found it impossible through the Skype web site.

This is fraudulent as I have not authorized SKYPE to access my bank account for any reason. I am requesting the total of $35.77 be refunded back into my account.

Is there anything being done about giving customers a choice on disabling home page and automatic updates. It is badly affecting users as if you are running a business you do not want a full screen page opening up when you are working, and I want control over what is happening on my computer regarding updates. Please please do something about this soon
