Account holders of AmBank, CIMB Bank, Citibank, EON Bank, RHB, Public Bank and UOB Bank can pay directly from the respective website.

Good day P1, I want to inquary for my Jul 16 bill which included RM20.00 for reconnection fees. I did not have over due payment which I previously made through maybank2u. I had email to you my payment statement on the months involved, but P1 said didn’t received or what so ever mistake.
Please explain to me on this matter which I hardly feel unacceptable.

I would like to give feedback regarding my account. I have terminated the account and return the P1 modem and paid whatever balance (debt) at your P1 counter few years ago at TIMES SQUARE. When I asked your sales representative, if I had to pay any other debts,the sales representative replied saying no.
After few months later, I received the notice/bill still charging although my account was terminated. Then, I receive a email sayinn that my name listed is CTOS and your collector mention to settle RM 1740 and when i walk-in to there the Manager name Mr Azril said to settle need RM2000. What is this? This how P1 customer treated? This how P1 react?
And now when I cant apply any loan, why there is still debt record? Appreciate your reply to me ASAP.

When I asked your sales representative, if I had to pay any other debts,the sales representative replied saying no. So, I assume this request is settled.
After few months later, I received the notice/bill still charging although my account was terminated. Then, I walk in to the same counter and ask what is my account status. Your sales representative replied the account was terminated and said I no need to do anything.
And now when I apply my housing loan under Bank, why there is still debt record? Appreciate your reply to me ASAP.

I already make a payment for my account, but until today my internet line is still very lag and inconvenience for me to using the internet service. May i know what the problem ? I am sorry because my monthly payment for Feb 2014 is delay, but when i doing the payment i am pay for 2month (1 more month is advance paying first) but you’ll get me this service i am feel very disappointed an upset when using the internet. Can you’ll help me to resolve my problem ASAP…
