Zulily ships products to more than 100 countries, besides the US, Canada and the UK. On some promotions, you could be lucky to find free shipping. Zulily orders are mostly sent through FedEx, DHL or UPS. Once a product has been dispatched, you can track status of same directly on the website. As for returns, note that besides cancellation within 30 minutes after placing an order, Zulily will not process refund. I spent nearly $2k on items that I was thinking I was getting a huge discount on. The items I received over a month after ordering (paid extra for expedited shipping) were broken, stained, had irregular hems, were the wrong sizes, smelled horrible, were closeout items from Kmart that were triple the price and more. I’ve never been so disgusted with anything I’ve ordered online from anyone, ever. Paying for expedited UPS shipping does not mean you hand it off to Mail Innovations who’s tracking doesn’t work and takes 6 weeks. On top of over paying for the products, and the shipping, when I attempted to return several items, I was told I would be charged the return shipping as well. How exactly has this company stayed in business as long as they have? They’re HORRIBLE. Such a waste of money and valuable lesson learned. Check BBB ratings on ANY new platform you purchase from.
I am furious! I placed an order on May 8, 2021. Today is June 3, 2021.I have not received my order yet. I will almost be a month. I can not track my order, the tracking system keeps telling me to โtry again tomorrow โ. When I called customer service at the suggested time the recording said โ we are closed today, call tomorrow โ. What the hell is going on? I have been a continual customer of Zulily for over six years. This is unbelievable! Did your company shut down and steal my money or what. I have seen many great things on this site which I would love to purchase but in light of this last transaction, I no longer trust your company. When and if I do finally receive my order it will be my last… I promise you that.
Received my order from you and was so sick to find one of the items broken! I love what I have ordered from you. All items which were breakable were securely and heavily wrapped for shipment which I really appreciated. However— I ordered 2 Hammer Copper Martini glasses–SKU:63678478 I believe. – and one was broken off at the place where the stem meets the glass itself. Dang! The printing label was very light so hopefully the number is correct.
Beautiful glasses and I am just sick about it. The items although wrapped very well were rolling around together in a larger box they were shipped in. I would like to have the glass replaced and order two more if possible. Everything else arrived and is beautiful. I will be certain to order again….Please advise me of the shipment of the replacement glass and if I may order an additional two….
I ordered 5 wooden signs of “An Angel is watching over our home”. They are in horrible shape! They weren’t separated by bubble wrap or any other protective covering so they are all scratched and dented. The fifth sign is stuck inside the frame of #4 and I can’t even get it out without damaging both signs! They actually include an empty 5th frame! I do not want them, but I am also not going to pay the shipping to return them, they are quite heavy and would need a large box and packing materials.
Please let me know what you can do for me, I am a faithful, continual customer. I do not have a price paid for them either on my printed copy, the receipt in the box or listed under my orders.
I can not print out return address bc of the bar code. Please send me an address where I can write the address out and mail my items out. This is hard for me to travel and find someone that might be able to print it for me. Three different places can’t do it.thanks
I ordered some curtains. They were Black Pearl room darkening curtains. I received grey satin embossed curtains. Made arrangements to return curtains. Immediately I found the same curtains and ordered again. I again received grey embossed curtains. In the package was the packing slip saying black pearl curtains. To avoid keeping this going I will keep these curtains. It seems when you pull up the black curtains, the grey embossed curtains are shown.
From reading the above messages, I can clearly see that I am not the only unhappy customer. I ordered ten beautiful size 4x tunics. I was so excited! When they arrived, instead of being traditional 4x size, you called 4x size 22, I believe. Since when is size 4x not 30-32???? I DID look at the size chart, but could not believe that a size 4x would not fit me. I was so disappointed I could have cried. So please, do not tease me by sending emails showing me what I cannot have. Remove my name from your mailing list and do not contact me again.

Received today, Camel Fleece-lined Oversize Zip-Up Hoodies- L/XL SKU 6147562 and it is too too big big. How do I return it? Need Instruction to return item.
Very, very disappointed in the tunic i purchased. It was very poor quality, sizing was definitely too small and the fabric was terrible. I could not stand for it to touch my skin. Your shipping and return charges are terrible and I will not order again…unless I am refunded the shipping charges. Do you not guarantee your merchandise? I bought from you a pair of earrings that I waited for at least 6weeks to have finally arrived and to discover that one is broken of the clasp. I wanted them for my trip before I went away (that is this weekend 24/08/18). Happy to receive them on time only to become disillusioned with it broken. The SKU: 58866996. I ordered quite a few things, and most of them I love! However the Black and White Dot Hankerchief top, although cute is too long for me. The Black and Teak Geometric front ruched Maxie dress gathers in an awkward way under my bust and just dosen’t work well with my body shape, it would be great for someone less busty! I don’t have a printer available to me, how can I return these items? SKU:51410050 and SkU:5160690.
I do not get how they credit you when you return an item, they seem to put a credit in your shopping cart. Instead of applying to the zulily credit card. I find this very deceptive as unless I use it towards another purchase the credit is useless.
I place an order on June 2 and by mistake I was charge for 2 I returned one of them orders#9010182569 and 90100)72158 I kept one and in same package I returned order #90103212432 you never gave me credit if not send it back to me because you charge my Pay Pal account for 3 items. Just try and get ahold of customer service. After listening to the same music tape over and over I just give up.
I needed to return something but because I do not have a printer I was going to ask for one in the mail.
It would be a nice gesture to have a return label in the delivered package.

My daughter Diane Dobis purchased a 3 drawer stand for me as a gift. When it arrived the left end was completely pulled away from the body and the entire back was loose. The right side where the middle drawer met the side, it was pulled away and the peg that held it together was completely pulled away as the wood on that end splintered. It is completely unusable!
I have been trying to view items on Zulily on many occasions, but I cannot get past the login. It pops up, and I click on it, and it doesn’t do a thing. I can’t get into the site. It’s very frustrating when this happens. I usually move on to look somewhere else. Even looking for a contact e-mail address…this box for log in pops up. Would you please fix it. Thank you! If others are experiencing this problem as well…you could be losing sales!!
I have the same problem. I log in on a particular item but nothing pops up. So can’t order anything. I have been ordering merchandise from you for over a year and would miss not being able to order any more.
