Zomato is the worst food delivering app. They don’t even deliver incase there is any change in the address. Also the problem is with them, i have entered the right address but the delivery boy took it to another place and declined the order without informing.They reject the order once the payment is taken from customer.they even refuse to refund the amount for not delivering the food. Which means the customers will loose the cash also they wont receive the food.
I used zomato app for very first time and ordered pizza from dominos and use my meal card for payment now this zomato ate all the credit in my card and not delivered any food. On asking they said they never got payment hit on there account taking this concern to zaggle they said ask zomato to provide no claim for same order so they can proceed with refund now these zomato guys are not helping in any way.
I have placed order from Overstory. After waiting for 1 and half hours also the food is not delivered. I tried to contact the restaurant as Zomato suggested which did not work out. Neither Zomato nor the restaurant is taking the responsibility of this situation. I have not get an executive to discuss about the issue. Did the food just vanished on the way? How do I get the status? It was my bad to place an order from Zomato app.
I got tampered food last night. It was delivered after 1 hr. they figured they had to refund and so dint respond in customer support chat. for all my msgs I just got automated reply which says thanks for the feedback. Rs 250 went to bin.
I have made payment with google pay initially and payment was unsuccessful and second tym i made it with paytm,both were got successful

Zomato doesn’t have the customer care for the redressal of their customer’s grievances. I have ordered Kadhai mushroom & Roti and order no is 1552913788 but the food was not delivered to me and the amount was also not refunded. Bipin Tomar was rider, he didnt call me but shows in his app that he called me 4 times and rejected my order. after sometime i tried his number but that was switched off.

I ordered from KFC through zomato. But I received an incomplete order. I informed them about the issues through the live chat and ask them to send the rest of the order. They said they can’t send me my order ( my order was prepaid). I asked for a refund, they said they will refund me in my bank account. As after this experience I’m not gonna order from them again, I asked them to refund me in my bank account. They denied my request. I told them I might have to raise a complain against them. They said they wish they could do the same. What kind of attitude is this. Absolutely disgusted with their service. None of their customer care numbers work. Looking at the previous complains it feels like they are scamming people.
Use less zomato , No response on the numbers provided,, order is accepted but not delivered since one day…. no response on phone, no response for refund or cancellation of order

One of the worst customer services you can ever expect. They don’t redress the issues , and try to find fault or excuses to get away from the problem. Never swipe your card for their transactions. Once the money is gone. Don’t even expect them to attend to your message on the chat box. They always seem to have a connectivity issue. Wonder why such apps are being patronised by gullible customers.
Worst customer service. I had two order from Zomato pizza from dominoz on 21st of April they have cancled the order, where the amount was already deducted from my account, when I raised the complaint they said within 2 to 7 working days I’ll get the refund but it is not credit yet. None of contact no’s are on working conditions no use of doing follow up on the same, they are not even bothered to update the customers on the same. People I would strictly suggest not to order any food from Zomato.

I had a worst experience. I ordered the food using zomato credit and paid the remaining balance using my card, but food was not ordered. The account was debited and zomato credit was also utilized. I am trying to reach customer Service but no response. When I spoke to one of there representative who had delivered the food last time when I ordered, he said to order from swigge. I am still trying to reach customer service and filed a write complaint online as well but no response.

Zomato has worst service. I placed an order and out of 2 only 1 was delivered. The bill mentions both item. The delivery guy says that restaurant did’nt give hom full order. So call the restaurant but not zomato. Tried to call both zomato and Subway but nobody is picked calls for whole day. Neither anybody replied on zomato chat.
Pathetic company and worst ethics.
On 27th January 2019 we ordered pizza from pizza hut through zomato and the transaction was done from my account and later we came to know that pizza hut does not deliver in our area and now I’m trying to reach customer care but your numbers are not working and no one is picking up. I want my amt 1359 to be refunded back.
I have a small suggestion for you.I hope it helps you as well as people.Many people order food from various restaurants , they eat and enjoy the taste. And here I found one issue i.e., many people waste food because of many reasons like delivered food is heavy for them or due to other reasons. So, here is the point , if you provide an opportunity for them with the help of collecting food from them by just placing an option called “collect food from me” in the application. People who thinks that delivered food is heavy for them, chooses that option and even you don’t have to send another delivery boy for collecting that food rather you can send a notification to the near by location delivery boy to collect that food and he can distribute that food to the poor people on the road whom he finds or he can place that food in the refrigerators which has been set up by Telangana government on the main roads for the purpose of people.
