Disgraceful behaviour of Yale customer service, they will not entertain my faulty £500 CCTV unit as the DVR is faulty, they even sent out wrong parts for it, and will not let me send those back as they say that they have sent the correct ones out. Yale have barred me from their Twitter site, they refuse to contact me. They take my money but give no service, absolutely disgraceful.
I totally agree with comments of Benedict ongoing problem with my camera system at home and CANNOT get anyone to call me back after obligatory 15 minutes on hold every time you call them
I’ve tried many many times to call this useless customer services line. After around 30-45 minutes on hold with stupid useless information announcements and annoying music, you might be lucky to get someone to answer, then 1 of 2 things will happen. Your phone will give a ring tone and you expect someone to pick up, but no; they immediately hang up!! Again if you’re lucky, and get to speak to a person, they cannot help you and say that a manager will call you within 24 hours. Like that’s going to happen!!
I bought an EF3 alarm kit in May, It apparently got discontinued around that time, and despite the fact that it has a 2 year warranty, and one of the PIR’s didn’t work, they say that it’s not supported anyy more and there are no replacement parts.
Staggered!!!! Worst Customer Satisfaction/Service I’ve ever encountered. They should be ashamed.
Line is forever engaged. Totally unhelpful staff who, when they finally answer, tell you the team you need have now gone home. You request a call back next day. When finally it comes the phone rings a couple of times. As you answer, line goes dead. You call back and the line is once again engaged. For such expensive products, the customer service from Yale is terrible. I would avoid in the future based on our experience.
