1350 N Preston Rd Ste 20, Prosper, this is absolutely the worst Wingstop store I’ve ever been to. I’m an app driver and that’s why I go to many places to get food for customers. Today I was in this store, and they left me 40 minutes waiting for the order, when I went to ask why it was taking so long, I realized that the employees started to take longer on purpose, they are not prepared to serve customers and not even a manager was available on site to organize it. I will never go into that store again.
Wingstop on Nelson Rd Lake Charles, LA were extremely rude, took my money and I can’t get the issue resolved because that store is so hostile verbally. They wouldn’t help resolve the issue of missed purchased items and when I asked for manager information laticia the girl on the phone said “oh my God” and hung up on me. When I called back she put me on eternal hold. I emailed the contact us page and nothing. I called support they said they will see the email though so still nothing meanwhile it’s my money and missing items.
Today I had a couple of hours to spend with my granddaughter and we decided to go to wing stop before heading back to her house. We decided to order a meal plus extra order if corn the guy took my EBT card and then I got what I thought was the receipt. After sitting there for a good hour. I told the manager that I have to hurry cause I really need to get her back home. They proceeded to ask me was I sure I ordered the meal at this store? It was the Wingstop on Rosecrans in San Diego California. I told her yes I’m sure I’ve only been sitting right here since I ordered after about another 20 minutes I lost my temper. They told me they have no record of me even placing the order. I told them I used my ebt card. They asked for the receipt. No receipt no order. The manager said the receipt I provided was the wrong one cause it just has the total of the order not what I had ordered. Again no receipt there is no proof I even ordered food. I told them this is what he gave me, then I asked for their names and for the corporate office phone number they refused to give me either. They kept saying it wasn’t their fault. I keep telling them it sure wasn’t mine. They told me to shut up and let them figure out what happened.
Meanwhile my son is calling wanting to know where we are. Finally decided that the order had been setting in a bag out front for 1hour and 45 minutes. They said they would make me another order but all they did was take it to the back and then brought it right back out. They said I should have had the EBT app downloaded and this all would have never occurred. I told them I never thought I would ever have to prove I bought food when I never left the front of the counter The food was so cold and dried out you could not even bite into it. So I wonder if EBT would appreciate that they just wasted my benefits and we didn’t even get a meal for $20. I will never eat there again.
So I placed an online order at the Florida city, Florida location store #33550 and they said it would be ready in 58 minutes and I’m going on 2 hours waiting for my food. There are 8 other people who placed online orders who have been here waiting for a while as well. I asked the lady at the counter whats going on with my order and she said I just have to wait and the walked away before I could even ask for my drinking then started ignoring other people who were trying to talk to her…like how professional is that? Honestly everyone at this location should be fired and they need to hire a better crew because this is insane.
Wingstop store 15683 Roy Rogers dr in Victorville is absolutely the worst place to eat. The manager who is very rude continued to curse in front of my kids and she also made no attempt to fix my order.
Just visited your store in Deerfield Beach Fl.
Ordered on line for store pick up. Cook time was 21-26 minutes. Food was not ready for 44 minutes. 5 other patrons also waiting.
Cashier was numb to say the least, no customer skills. Restaurant was not clean, huge puddle of water near drink machine which was an slip and fall just waiting to happen! Whoever owns this store needs to clean house both staff and store! Good luck! 2 out of 10 at best
I am currently at your establishment in Murfreesboro TN, I ordered my food online it said it’d be 33 minutes I show up and not only is my food not ready I ended up waiting more than another thirty minutes. Not to mention the African American female manager has been completely rude and inhospitable! If this the way you guys run your establishment with no accountability, I’ll avoid the place. I love the food but the food doesn’t match the service that has been rendered!
I placed an online order for delivery and went back to track the status an hour after placing the order only to see it only says “order placed”. I called the restaurant only to find out that my order has been ready and waiting for a driver for 20minutes prior to me calling. There is nothing that is used to keep the food warm and they have no way of knowing when the driver is supposed to arrive to pick up my food. This is unacceptable !!!! If the order status isn’t updated for me to see that it’s ready i don’t see how a driver would know that it’s ready. Nobody wants cold wings or stale soggy fries. I asked if they could remake my order so that way by the time a driver arrives it will be fresh and was told they can’t do that because of the volume of orders they have. I want my money back if my food gets here cold and nasty!!!!
I wish I could give 0 starts to the manger ! she had a attitude . Refused to honor a birthday coupon of free fries she said it MUST be printed out not everyone has access to a printer plus the library is closed at this time ! she needs to be more understanding of the situation . She then cut me off to answer the phone. I guess they don’t teach you how to be understanding when they give out manger promotions. She needs to be retrained on handling situations so you don’t get bad reviews. Thanks for nothing my coupon expaired sep 29th I even showed my ID to show it was my birthday!Hoe rude I was going to order some wings too but had to cancel the order due to her disrespect!
On 9/28, I placed an order online. When I got to Wingstop, it wasn’t anywhere to be found. (After looking at my online receipt after leaving, I caught an error that the so-called manager and his manager didn’t even catch; right city, wrong state.)
When the guy kept telling me that they had no record of my order, I asked how I would be compensated for the error. He said I could have my money back “more food…whatever.” Initially, I was fine with the food.
When he asked me what my order was, I handed him my phone so that he could see it. He said, “You need to write it down. I’m busy.” RUDE. That’s when I asked who his manager was because he had already debated with me about the order in the first place (remember, I showed him my phone and he didn’t see that it was another state and I didn’t notice it either until after leaving).
I waited for about 10 minutes without him explaining what exactly I was waiting for. When I asked, he said that he was waiting to call his manager; he took calls and orders during this time.
He finally asked for his manager’s number (by yelling for it to another staff member) and got his manager on the phone. After a few minutes, he then switched over to Facetime. I said *several times* that I needed his manager’s number. The guy kept blowing me off. I reached to get the same highlighter to write down the number and he said, “Reaching all over the counter and —-” to which I replied, “I guess we’re all being unprofessional tonight.” (Still very calm at this point; the staff can vouch for that.)
When his manager asked to speak with me, I took the phone and walked away from the counter (because it was crowded). The “manager” said, “Don’t be goin’ nowhere with my phone…come back here with my phone.” (What do I want with your phone?!) I said, “I’m stepping right here so I can hear.” He said again, “Don’t be walkin’ off with my phone” (SMH) and I pointed to where I was going and he said, “Alright” (not happy about it, though).
His manager got the information he needed and I gave the guy back the phone. I said, again, about three times that I needed to speak with his manager and he said, “OK, I got you” but *never* told the manager and never gave him the phone back while he was on the line.
After giving me back my money, I said, “I still need his phone number.” He yelled back to a staff member for it and said the first three numbers. I asked for that same highlighter and he said, “Look, just put it in your phone.” I said, “I’m asking for the pen because you just had an issue with me taking it.” He shrugged and said, “Oh well.” I said, “What is his [I know his name but I’m leaving it out on purpose] number?” and the manager said, “You got your refund, you good.”
I then looked to the staff and asked them what the number was. You could tell they were conflicted. He said, “I’m the manager. Don’t give her nothin'” and then looked at me again and said, “You good. Bye.” WOW.
My response? “You’re getting fired.”
I left without my keys and went back to get them.
Again he said, “Don’t give her nothin'” and again I said, “You’re getting fired” to which he said, “So. I don’t need this job” and by then I was HOT. My last words were “CLEARLY you don’t!” and I left and called Wingstop’s customer service line (which btw, only put in my report that the manager was rude and disrespectful until I asked them what exactly was in my report—make sure to always ask. The “gloss over approach” isn’t going to work in this case).
I am now waiting for the manager’s manager to call me back. According to Wingstop’s “hotline”, although complaints are routed immediately, they have no clue when someone will get back (again SMH). I’m giving it 72 hours. If the manager’s manager doesn’t handle this, I’ll keep pushing until *someone* does because 1) I’m trying to figure out what kind of training this “manager” has to even be in that position (a couple of weeks ago, the same guy asked me my name five times in a row) and 2) I firmly believe that if he felt *that* comfortable being *that* rude, he’s been that way with others…so the fact that he still has a job, let alone a management position, boggles the mind.
I just came from your restaurant and I was startled, at the taste of sugar on my fries. I was baffled, do you normally add sugar to your seasoned fries…
The young lady working, agreed to accept the return of the fries and make another batch, without this ingredient. But I was running out of time, and gave the order, that was now being prepared to a customer, who agreed to take them.
If this is your special seasoning, OK! However, if it is not!! I am curious as to why they would add this ingredient?
