I have a Wiley Fox Swift2 – 16 months old. Serial No. 10fab4b1 and it is now failing to operate properly.
An error message tells me the device is locked. It also tells me that it is corrupt and can’t be trusted to work properly unreliable.
The operating manual contains no info on how to deal with his issue.
Bought from Ideal World, had trouble receiveing a call, also some e-mail/ contact numbers were not coming through! Realised this phone had not worked from New!, especially an incoming call. Promised full refund from IW. As I use it for my business, had to buy another phone, with the knowledge of a refund!!. Great, so I thought. They sent me phone back, after a ‘repair’ of which they cannot tell me what has been done, NO REFUND, AM FURIOUS!! Can you help, I now have my New phone, and the Wileyfox, of which I had to factory reset before returning!!. What can be done!!. Thanks.
same here and it is now corrupt and unusable but thought I would look to see if there were others with similar problems!! I am 60 and not great with tech so have been blaming myself for all the problems with calls etc. can I just ask if you ever got things sorted out as I have a feeling I am going to end up on a wild goose chase pointlessly frustrated?
I am unable to finish setting up my phone after factory reset. I chose option set up as new,I then receive a message to verify my google account.i have 3 accounts tried all of them and it just keeps sending me back to verify my account.

Bought both my son and partner a Wiley Fox Swift 2plus for Christmas 2018. My son’s isn’t holding charge very well, but my partner’s won’t accept a charge at all this morning. Please advise how we can sort this under warranty. Thank you.

I have been attempting for some time to change the ringtone on my Swift 2 X to one from my saved music – without success. I was in contact with Support prior to the unfortunate recent events & tried to contact STK but a promised return phone call never occurred! Would someone be able to assist with this now the dust has mostly settled, please?
