Good morning. I have just returned from visiting your Bunnings Store in Balgowlah to purchase a 7 piece outdoor furniture set. I had previously visited this store last Monday to see the advertised setting on TV. I was most impressed to see the article at the price of $138. I took measurements to see if it was the right size. This morning I was told this setting is now priced at $198. I asked why this is so to be told “Oh it was probably a promotion” to which I asked why I wasn’t told when I first saw this that there would be a time limit on the price of $138. I am very disappointed that this was not made clear to me at the time of my original visit and I would respectfully suggest that your staff be clear to their customers and point out the time constraints on your so called promotions. I am a pensioner and to pay an extra $60 is beyond my budget.
I thank you for your time
