I used to think you were different, now you are just as bad as dealing with HOUZZ and AMAZON! The fact that not one of your associates is available to assist a customer on the west coast after 4pm EST. is absurd to me. So, I’m supposed to get up at 4am to get service? It now takes at least a day for my rep to get back to me. The other day I was on hold for 45 minutes then told, you were now closed!
Can you please speed up your website? Every time I choose to search your inventory it takes forever to respond and to switch pages. I just went online to search for an item and gave up as usual. I can search Amazon or Overstock without any problem but your website drives me crazy. Are you not aware of this problem! Get it in gear and speed up!
