Do not use Vivo, there is no customer service. They told me to pay for some GB that I never received. I tried to go to the shop as well but they did not know what to do or how to help me. Totally incompetent
The worst network!! Especially for us foreigners traveling in brazil. I advise you to never buy VIVO simcard cause you will regret it I assure you this network sucks. Has poor customer service, doesn’t even bother to reply your queries and complaints.
How is it possible that there is NO number to call VIVO from outside of Brasil?
I have tried to call Vivo but to no avail. there are no numbers that makes it possible for a person to call from the US>
