My email has been hacked* and I have no access to my receipt for $629 (x4 state of Origin tickets game 3). The phone in the Australian office has not been contactable. I’d like those tickets to be reissued to the email provided. The other option will be to refund me my purchase (as I am showing the banks I’m making every effort to make contact with Viagogo)

I just purchased 2x Barcelona tickets in Madrid for august 16th 2017. I have just realised that these tickets are not on the official site as of yet. I also received an email stating that the order has not been confirmed but the money is still out my account. I feel extremely worried. These tickets are a gift and I would like them to arrive asap!

I recently purchased 2 tickets to Ed Sheeran concert in Adelaide, SA on March 7, 2018. I approved 2 tickets for 287.00 each but was charged that amount for each ticket + a booking fee of $78 per ticket which I did not approve.

Having the same problem. I purchased a Guns N Roses Ticket that had one price (93,17€) and after completing the information required for payment, I discovered that there were some ridiculous fees and the total would be 145€. I did not confirm anything but when I checked my bank account the ammount was already under authorization. Clearly this isn’t legal and I filled a complaint via my bank and VISA to cancel.
There’s no customer service whatsoever… I replied to the email from the website and it doesn’t work, no option to talk to someone from Viagogo to work things out or get an explanation. DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

On April, 27 I both 3 tickets for Bon Jovi concert, but after confirmation the purchase the same amount in “real” was debit in credit card in “dollar” it does mean BRL 2.430,70 for 3 students tickets instead of normal price R$ 570,00.
At the same time I tried to contact viagogo to cancel but the site in Brazil doesn’t have any telephone or email, so I request to credit card to cancel the purchase.
As the transaction is still open in the site I’m writing directly.
Other trust company sold the tickets with the real amount and the customer didn’t feel as stolen.
I bought 2 tickets to the champions UEFA league final match and I want to update my departure date to make sure that the tickets are delivered prior to my departure, but unfortunately I can’t update my travel date information. I tried many times to reach a solution in the (Help Centre), but unfortunately it does not help! Hi I was charged R714 on the 22nd of April and R715 on the 26th of April. I do not understand why I have just been charged these amounts and immediately debited off my account when I have previously paid R1600 for my tickets. This is ridiculous and I want an answer why Viagogo can take money from me without my consent and twice. Hi I have just purchased 7 tickets today for the boxing that is in Brisbane which cost me $14,000. I am now unsure if your site is legitimate as I have just seen on the news tickets don’t go on sale until tomorrow. I have been in contact with my bank which has said to give you guys 2 days to make contact back with me or they will get involved. Viagogo Ticketing enquiry.
Last Thursday evening 14th April I thought I was purchasing 2 tickets to Lee Kernighan at the Crown Theatre Perth. From your site was VIAGOGO. My transaction was for lounge seats and the price was 132 per ticket. I completed the transaction and an email was sent through. Thinking I had bought really good seats.
No seats had been allocated to me. This made me suspicious so I went to check my bank account and $439.70 dollars had been taken out of my debit card , I did not authorise this.
On the 19th a foreign transfer fee was also taken out . ( Had no idea it was a foreign transfer)
I then went onto the Crown booking site and several other venues where this performance is being held around WA and found that the tickets are all $65- $71 dollars each with a booking amount of $8.50 or less so my whole transaction should have been about $150.
I looked up Viagogo to find it is a fraudulent site with many people being tricked into buying tickets and being charged exorbitant amounts for tickets that never get given out. As at the 19th of April I have still not been allocated any seats/tickets and I wish to report and a make a claim to have my account credited.
On the 20th I have been sent tickets that clearly state on them a price of $71.22. Why have I been charged $ 439.70. I have no way of knowing if these two overpriced tickets are even legitimate and as I live 2 hours south of the venue I am very hesitant about going. These ticket numbers may well have been given out to more than me. And there could be many people who have been overcharged for the same seating allocation.

I bought tickets for the RUGBY MATCH in January 2017 – the game will be on March 18th. I recieved a few emails asking me to change the delivery address to the travelling addres where we will be staying as VIAGOGO send the tickets at the last minute.
I paid £13.95 for a UPS EXPRESS & SECURE DELIVERY service to my home address in Italy.
Now I received an email yesterday saying that they have sent by ROYAL POST already to my hotel address in Edinburgh. There is no guarantee they will arrive, nor that the Hotel will hold them for us, almost a week before we are due to arrive.
How do I get my £ 13.95 refund for a service I did not receive? I understand FIRST CLASS ROYAL MAIL might cost £ 3 or £4, so I still want at least £9,00 back please.

Hi I have bought and have record of payment through my bank account that viagogo took over $1000 of my money for the Dixie chicks concert in brisbane this month – where is my code and order confirmation – I bought theses tickets in November 2016
Sold tickets to a concert in Australia that should have been for either over 18 or under 18, as your website does no clarify what tickets I have bought I don’t know if the people that I bought them from will be able to get in. I can’t contact anyone in Australia and you don’t refund tickets. This means that the information for the tickets you are still selling are incorrect.
I have tried 7 different contact numbers none of which are in service. I bought and had confirmation that my U2 tickets for Rome were confirmed and then booked flights and hotels etc. Today I received notice of a refund for those tickets. How can that be they were confirmed. I want those tickets and have no way to get hold of anyone. It feels like the seller decided to sell tickets to someone for higher price.
Once they are confirmed there should be no reason to refund. I need someone to get back to me please.

I bought 4 tickets to Andrea Bochelli concert in Oslo, you have charged my credit card with more then 12000 NOK, and the price for the tickets printed on the tickets is 1050 NOK each, so in total 4.200 NOK who is 1/3 of the price. I do not accept this and find it more close to a fraud then anything ells. And I will report how you do things to my credit card company. You do not answer mails I have sent in all kind of directions, all calls are answered with the word Not exist
And I see now what kind of company you are. I give you 24 hours to return 50% of the money to my credit card and I kip the tickets, if not I will bring this to a legal case in Norway where I ordered the tickets, and also in Switzerland where you are registered. I have excellent lawyers available in Switzerland

After that we were keeping to buy the tickets,because we wanted to get them for sure. After all trying we got the mails with information : the orders were not confirmed till we would send another informations about the owner of the card We did not send to you anything. So we thought that we didnt buy any tickets on Monday 16.1.. But within the week the payments were succesfully send to your account.

i think that its not our mistake, your website didnt work well at all, we did not have a chance to get to know our succes of buying the tickets. Otherwise we have to postpone this matter to our bank and they will contact you as it was not clear transaction from your side.

Why are Australians going to this site to buy tickets.. They do not care about complaints and are sitting back with millions just rolling each day… A Current Affair should be contacted.. My wife has paid double for one ticket and she has no idea where she is sitting..
On Saturday, December 10, 2016 through the portal, the VIAGOGO EVENT TICKETS ordered two tickets to concert Guns and Roses and wanted to accomplish payment by credit card payment over the Internet.
Once I received the 3D code that I entered, I got the information about the payments via the Internet got blocked.
So I called the customer service line of UniCredit Bank, where I have this service activated.
So I entered the charge again and waited for SMS, where the 3D code.
I have not received anything, do I thus attempt to charge again.
Though even then I did not get an SMS with a 3D code, I called client line again, where I found that were made three payments (8439430, 8439449, 8439393)
Given that I have about this fact was not inform, please cancel all payments to the company VIAGOGO EVENT TICKETS.

Just experienced the worst customer service from viagogo, @viagogo refused to reply any of my enquiries after sales of ticket, even when my event is in 3 days time. Haven’t received my tickets and no replies from viagogo just made this whole experience a miserable one.

I have tried numerous times to click on “click here” to do a confirmation of sale of tickets. For the last three days the next screen comes up “page not found, we will have our engineer look at this”. How are we supposed to sell if the website is not working correctly?
I recently purchased tickets to Jerry Seinfeld in Adelaide for $176 plus booking fee. When I looked up conditions for resale, it states that tickets must be posted for the face value of the ticket. When I finally downloaded my tickets, the face value was only $86.55. How does this work exactly? I had no idea I was purchasing someone else’s tickets! I thought Viagogo was just another promoter. I made a purchase for Adele tickets in Australia and was over-charged on my Debit Card.
The invoice total was $962.65, however I was charged $1,310.16. I would like the difference to be refunded back into my account.
I am frustrated that I can not contact anyone without being charged international call rates.
