I had thought I had purchased us open tickets but prior to the event had to resell – I never received the tickets to sell through viagogo and it has been a nightmare to sort out – I now see that problems are common and you should not be operating this business if you take money from people but can’t privide tickets- it’s like pretending the tickets are there when they are not – I would not recommend anyone using this business.
I have purchased 2 tickets for the Tina Arena concert in Brisbane, Australia only to find my tickets are 7 seats apart. Probably when I turn up for the concert, I will find that I don’t have the seats and my tickets have probably been sold several times.
I have purchased 4 tickets for the total cost of 4692.02 of local currency and price on the ticket is 379. 379 x 4 = 1516. So I have paid 3 times more than ticket price. It is very unfair.

September 28, 2018 I buyed one ticket on Metallica in Vienna.
I buyed ticket via iPAD APPLE tablet.
The final payment confirmation page did not show the price with your fees, and after confirmation, the amount was of 184.76 and not approximately 135 EUR!
Your company pulled me more than I was informed on the site when ordering! Your WEB site is swindle, develops psychological and time pressure, not correctly and takes a higher amount that I have not been properly informed before payment confirmation!
It’s a scam.
I contacted the police and my bank.
I request a refund my payment and cancel my order!

Please get back to me asap or i am taking this to court. I spend $1395.96 on 6 yes 6 tickets and received nothing. Not good enough as i saved for a long time and am so devastated they never came as i promised my daughter and grandchildren we were going to Disney on ice. My listing is inactive despite providing proof of purchase: I have uploaded multiple versions each adhering to the websites specifications, however each has been met by an automated email saying that it does not. I have received no response to my queries as to what part of the proof of purchase does not align with the site’s policies, and would like to open a channel of communication in order to solve the problem as soon as possible

I purchased 4 tickets for Soccer WC 2018 in Russia, but I didn’t receive FAN ID activation number, the tickets came with seller name and his FAN ID.
As per FIFA policy in this world cup in Russia each ticket ID shall match FAN ID to enter the match.
Please advise how can I get FAN ID for these tickets under my name. In Viagogo there is no contact to the seller.

I am really worried after reading all these comments I bought 2 Tickets to see the 2 cellos in Slovakia in June. It is to be an E ticket and says I will receive the tickets 9 days before the gig the money left my account straight away. As I will be traveling from Ireland to Slovakia to see the concert I am now worried I will not get my tickets or that they will not be the better tickets I payed for. Should I try one of the numbers posted for Viagogo to make sure I will get my tickets? I thought this was an official site as its where I was sent when I pressed buy tickets on the 2 Cellos site very worried now.
I purchased a ticket for my husband to attend the Nitro Circus held in Johannesburg via your website, the money was deducted from my account and a ticket issued but when he went with the ticket to the event, he was not allowed entry because the ticket was not valid. I spent over R1 000.00 on a ticket and I am unable to get any assistance from Viagogo in lodging a claim for a refund.
I’ve purchased two online tickets that were reported as delivered and no one in the address to sign the mail.
Since it’s impossible to predict an exactly time for deliver I can not afford to lose a day of work, so I’ve updated customer support with my company address, in order to make sure there is always someone there to sign it, but no reply from Vigago until now, since October 6.
I really hope for prompt contact and profissionalism dealing with this matter.
Viagogo advises that my Tickets for Lord of The Dance have been “delivered” – yet the Courier Company advise that the tracking number is not valid and that they are unaware of any delivery. Try contacting Viagogo by e mail – you must be kidding!! They don’t seem to have an e mail for personal contact.

Hello. I have a situation here. I just purchased two tickets for Paul McCartney show in Auckland, New Zealand. What I’ve realised that I am not happy with my summary. It sayed: two tickets for NZD $456.90 and the $5.29 something fee, it’s ok. But then all of the sudden, there was this $126.92 VAT plus booking fee which said was not incl. however, even if you calculate everything together, it’s still should come up as $589.11 (NZD). I purchased two tickets for Take That at the MEN on 26 May. The event was cancelled due to the recent activities in Manchester and I received an email to return my tickets to an address in Ireland. I sent them on 30 May and paid £8.50 to send them secure and recorded so I could track they were received. I cannot speak to anyone at Viagogo because the event is not within the next 72 hours and cannot find an email address. I thought with any form of Distance Selling you had to provide these details. I am waiting for my refund of £167 and would like this returned please as it was not my fault the event was cancelled. Booking ref 11079486.
